Ross is a professional who is honest and provides excellent customer service. I am a novice at selling coins and Ross took the time to explain pricing and the transaction process. First of all: trustworthy. This is the critical thing. I read reviews, but was still nervous about selling silver through the mail. But Ross was good to his price offer (at the spot price of the day I called him), and when I called the day after the USPS confirmed delivery, the money for the sale was already deposited in my checking account!
