T & S Roofing Systems Inc

T & S Roofing valiantly tried to help me stave off a complete new roof, but when push came to shove, they helped me see that repairs would no longer save my 36 year old roof. They were honest in laying out my options and left the decision to me. I DID go with a new roof, and I am SO happy. My new roof is not only beautiful and functional, it is guaranteed and up to the latest code requirements. All paperwork was efficiently handled. I have to hand it to Troy, our project manager who kept the work on track. His crew was efficient and caused minimal disruption to our daily living. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND T & S ROOFING.

This company is very efficient,fast ,the owner Luis Toledo is very professional and helpful, they do Los of thing that other companies won't do ,like flashing of your roof, it comes included, other companies will charge extra, so if you have a roofing need , Luis Toledo is the guy to go to, you won't go wrong.

Love this company! I can truly say these guys are the best at what they do. They first came to us with a price that we couldn't afford because of the damage to the roof. But they did something I couldn't believe. They showed me a different style/method that would be so much affordable. We are not a rich family. We are the average family and it's been a God send that they can to us. They are the nicest and quick working group I've met. Their work are the best we had in roofing and customer service. I would recommend them to all my friends, family and anyone needing roofing repairs.

The experience went better than expected. We were informed of everything along the way and made part of the process. Our project manager, Troy Davis, took us on the roof during the tearoff to show us the condition of the deck. He identified alternatives to strengthen our roof and add value to our home with the investment we made. We heard from T&S Roofing every day our job was active which kept us at ease. Romel Zuniga and the crew felt like part of the family while they were at our home.

Excellent overall! the communication was top notch from teardown to completion. Very quick, professional and once again, the communication left me surprised. I didn't know that I would be kept in the loop as often as I was, and that made me happy.

Everything went as expected and more. The timeliness of the crew and communication from Project Manager, Troy Davis, made us feel at ease throughout the process. During the process, while waiting for inspections, they kept a tarp on our roof to prevent any water from coming in. Now that the roof is complete, they were able to blow in attic insulation to help reduce future costs on our electric bill.
