Just finalized my roof with T&S Roofing and I couldn’t have had a better experience. From beginning to end the service and professionalism were outstanding and needless to say the quality of work shows. T&S just finalized our roof and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Their project manager Jorge Mosquera, kept me abreast of every step and very little came as a surprise along the way. I would highly recommend them to anyone considering re-roofing. Questions were quickly answer (a big plus in my book) and when the manager had to take time off, his stand in Jeremy was just as good.

Highly recommend. Through extensive research, I decided to hire them because they were GAF certified to install a TPO roof. My initial contact was with Angel Suarez, their customer service/salesman representative. A free estimate was prepared in a very timely manner. I had MANY questions of which he went above and beyond to answer in full detail. He was always polite, courteous, professional and returned all my phone calls promptly. Their estimate was on the higher side of the spectrum but still reasonable and competitive in the market. Upon signing the contract, Project Manager Jorge Mosquera was assigned to the job. The roof had to be completed within a certain time frame due to my availability. He made every effort to accommodate my request and commenced/completed the work within that period of time, as promised. Installers worked diligently and were very neat in their daily tasks. Although there may have been minor issues during installation, Jorge addressed all concerns and corrected them without hesitation. He kept me updated on their daily progress and even took pictures of the roof to show me. Upon completion of work and final city inspections, GAF also inspected roof to validate a 20 year NDL manufacturers warranty that includes material and labor. T&S was rated a project quality rating of a "10.0", highest rating given, by GAF. I am extremely pleased to hear of these results and look forward to a "worry-free" roof for many years to come. My husband and I have just replaced our roof with T&S Roofing Systems, Inc. I’d like to start off by saying that from the first engagement with our roof consultant, Angel Suarez and our project manager, Jorge Mosquera, we knew that we were in good hands. We actually did our roof along with our neighbor simultaneously and T&S finalized both roofs in less than 2 weeks as promised, right before Thanksgiving. We are extremely pleased with everyone involved. Great customer service, they answered all our questions and made this as easy and as pleasant as can be. Property was kept cleaned and Jorge made sure to move the job forward and treated this project as if it was his house. They actually had a magnet roller that they would pass to make sure they picked up all nails around property. I highly recommend T&S Roofing to anyone looking to repair or fully replace their roof.

We hired T&S to reroof our 4,000f2 home after reviewing roofing companies and interviewing several. Jorge Mosquera, our project manager and his crew were fantastic! The entire crew showed up daily on time, worked hard and efficiently, demonstrated craftsmanship and always kept the job site clean. As a bonus they finished the entire job in less than 10 days! I have just finalized my roofing project with T&S Roofing, Inc. I was extremely content with all aspects of the work and especially impressed in how quickly the roof was replaced. I called T&S Roofing for a roof quote and Ralph the sales manager took time to gather all the necessary information and documentation needed for the roof project. I was scheduled to meet Angel Suarez, roofing consultant in Palmetto Bay, and I have to say that every question I had about my roof Angel addressed before I even asked. He was also prompt with returning the final roof quote. Two days before the project, we had a meeting with Jorge Mosquera, our project manager and he prepared us for what was to come. Throughout the project Jorge showed up on a daily basis and he made sure to answer all our questions, address our concerns, inspect the work and also completed the roofing project in less than a week!! I have nothing but great things to say about T&S Roofing. They gave my husband and I a brand new beautiful roof and I barely realized they were there throughout the process. We signed a contract with T&S Roofing for a whole reroof based on their reputation and their courteous sales rep Danny who from the beginning explained everything in great detail and made me feel at ease with giving them the job. Not to mention the cost was competitive with respect to other estimates I had gotten. There was a bit of a delay getting going as we had to wait on the HOA approval but once everything got approved and the permit was obtained, it was seamless throughout. I have to hand it to the Project Manager, Troy, who was there from the start explaining every part of the process to me as things moved along, and going out of his way to make sure I had my needs met. He did an outstanding job following up with me and ensuring the project stayed on schedule. He built a relationship with me and because of the trust he’s earned, I now call him a friend. I will definitely be going back to T&S Roofing for all my future roofing needs.

T&S Roofing Systems did an excellent job with our roof. Jorge Mosquera our project manager did an excellent job on walking us through the whole process and communicating with us every step of the way. After examining our house , we also decided to replace the facia and soffit wood around the entire house which T&S did an excellent quality job in carpentry with. I would highly recommend them!

T&S Roofing just finished replacing my roof with concrete tile and it looks fabulous. Apart from being timely and organized, the team led by Jorge Mosquera was in constant communication with me throughout the project. Jorge was extremely professional and helpful. He walked me through the process (I'm a novice) and made sure I understood what was being done. If any issues came up, pictures were being sent to me so I could review them. The team cleaned up every night before leaving. This was an added bonus because I did not want any nails lying around. There was constant communication throughout the process and the roofing project looks terrific!
