Just finished my roofing project with T&S, what a great experience! The customer service was top notch, the workers were very professional and cleaned up after themselves everyday. I was well communicated to by my project manager and the whole staff every step of the way. I decided to do additional carpentry work around the entire house which included a beautiful new tongue and groove front and back porch soffit. My name is Clifton Middleton, owner of a residence in the Redlands. I contracted with T&S to re-roof my house. I got estimates from all of the major roofers and analyzed each proposal. I concluded that T&S would do the best job based on a rather detailed description of the process. Their price was not the lowest but their proposal was the most complete. I was right! The tear off crew worked quickly and cleaned up the mess. The paper and shingles went down quickly with a large and obviously experience team. They were great and the yard is clean. The roof looks gorgeous!

Desde que nosotros compramos la casa en el 2015, sabiamos que ibamos a necesitar cambiar el techo. Asi que en Octubre de 2016, nos dimos a la tarea de contactar varias companias que nos dieran propuestas para hacer nuestro techo. Adicionalmente, como nosotros estabamos interesados en utilizar Ygreen para financiar el proyecto, nos ayudaron para lograr conseguir la aprobacion de manera rapida y sin contratiempos.
Una vez firmado el contrato y aprobados los fondos, el apoyo, la asesoria y el manejo del personal de trabajo, fue impecable. Notamos que no solo el personal administrativo era muy amable y dedicado al cliente, sino el personal de campo que trabajo en nuestro techo, siempre fueron muy profesionales, cuidadosos, atentos y muy serviciales.

After meeting with three different roofing companies, within 5 to 10 minutes of our meeting with T&S Roofing and without knowing the price, we knew right away that’s who we wanted to work with. It was fun to watch the crew working, they were amazing and hard workers. Jorge walked us through every step and it was a very comfortable experience. We were very pleased with our experience using T and S Roofing in replacing our twenty year old Shingle roof. T and S installed a new roof in a timely fashion professional fashion.
Our project manager Jorge Mosquera was on top of his game. Before the project began, Jorge sat with us explained every step of the way. The office informed us the week before and then again the day before that work would commence. Jorge kept us aware of everything happening. Even when something was not to our satisfaction, Jorge went out of his way to make everything perfect. Jorge kept his word and made sure we were more than satisfied customers. T&S Roofing is the way to go if you are considering a new roof. I used them to repair a roof at my old house and they were great so I hired them for a new roof. The roof looks fantastic and best of all they offer the best warranty on the market. After meeting with several roofing contractors I decided to go with T&S since they were competitively priced and by far the most professional.
