The driver tried to charge us $14.00 per person from the Doubletree to Ralphs on the Park for our dinner reservation. He said the airport rate applies which was totally false and he should have used his meter on this. I gave him 40 bucks and we all walked off, screw it I said and call who ever u want! The reputation for this company will not be good if this is how they do business.

After being ripped off on our inital cab ride with another taxi we decided to call this company for our return trip and realized immediatley the difference in service we got from this cab. The driver also confirmed that we were ripped off because this drivers meter was about $40.00 less than what we paid to get to our location. He said it was suppose to be a meter run not a flat rate and thats where we were taken advantage of. Well we liked the honesty on this drivers part and the entire transportation experience with him. The cab was clean and he didnt drive like a crazed maniac. We understand these guys have to deal with alot of people and not one driver or a company can please everyone but we were very satisfied with this company.

Spot on service for our VooDoo fest transportation, definetly worth it and recommend.

I booked with this company from the phonebook in the hotel. they charged me 33.00 from the hotel to the airport and when I got to the airport I was told that I was over charged by 18.00 because it should have been 15.00. I called to see if I could get a refund and was given the run around by some rude customer service. Not to mention the driver drove crazy and was unfriendly. I decided since I was getting no where that I would just give up. Should have read the online yellow pages instead of just looking in the phone book because I would have seen all the negative reviews.

I agree with the other reviews here. My ride from the airport will be the last one from this cab service!

I needed to bring my son to school and our car wouldn't start. I decided to just use a cab and called Metry cab. They were on time and we were able to get my.son to school on time which was a plus. I was very happy with the service from this company.

I am a blind man and I travel with my service dog. I was very happy that this was not an issue with this cab. The driver was very helpful and had no problems with my service animal. I was in town for a convention with my wife and we were very pleased with the service we recieved.

My company switched to Metry Cab Company for our crew transportation. Their service has been exceptional and we couldn't ask for anything more. They definetly would be recommended to anyone looking for good transportation.

Cab was late, dirty inside and smelled. Driver was moody and overall not a pleasant experience.

Called for a cab. Took 45 minutes to come even after they told me 5 minutes. Cab was not nice and neither was the driver. Kinda like the crappy Carriage Cabs in New Orleans, I wouldn't be surprised if they had the same owner. Will not use them again.

Called them for a cab well in advanced, 3hrs to be exact. Cab was still 25 minutes late. When I asked why he was late his reply was "do you want the cab or not". Wow, totally un reliable and arrogant, rude and cab was extremely dirty and stinky inside. When I called to make a complaint it seemed like the woman who answered the phone could have cared less about it. I would not recommend them to anyone.

I needed a taxi and called this company. I was pleasantly happy with the service and it was greater than I had expected. When my travels take me back to the U.S. and New Orleans I will use this txi cab again.

Me and my wife decided to go out on the town, so we decided to call this company after a bad experience with another company. Cab was on time, above average cab experience so I would have given 4 stars but decided to give my experience 5 because we both felt safe and that meant a lot to us.

One star is too much. 45 minutes late, driver was rude and talked the entire time on his cell phone. He took us to the convention center when we were suppose to go to the New Orleans Arena. I'll never use them again.

My family and I were in town for Essence fest and had great service with this cab company.

After using another company that has been diminishing in quality and service. I made the switch to Metry Cab and this is something I should have did a long time ago. I am very pleased with the service they are very professional, excellent!

Like the review before mine I had Great Service as well. I give this company 2 thumbs UP!! They picked me up at the airport and I was very pleased. It was nice to come back home after being overseas and having some good down south comfort, the reason I say this is the driver actually thanked me for serving overseas. For him to stop turn around and shake my hand was very pleasing, and for that I say thank you to him and this company! He didn't even wanna charge me for the trip but I insisted and we agreed he would take it but would not take a tip. Very professional !!
