Had to use this company for some transportation why my car is in the shop. I had no issues, driver was friendly and polite. I will definetly use them again.

I have been a resident of Metairie for only 2 years now. Being a single mother of 3 and working a full time job in the medical field is very stressful. I must say that I have depended on Metry Cab to take my children to school and myself to work and have had nothing but good experiences with them. I am a local and will continue to use them and recommend them to others.

We used a few cabs while in town for the Saints vs. Lions game and we were very aggravated with them. The taxi cabs were total crap this was one of the cabs we used. Very unfriendly people and rude. The taxi companies need to get their act together down there.

Very nice service and customer service. I did have a small issue but I was glad to see that the customer service lady I spoke to actually resolved the issue very quickly. Most of all they made me feel like I was valued as a customer. Thank You

Good choice, took us to the superdome for the saints game. We did have to wait about 30min but we were very pleased with the outcome of our trip. Clean, nice and safe feeling which is hard to find in a taxi. Most of all my husband didn't get car sick which normally happens when he rides in a cab.

Called 8hrs in advance and never recieved a cab for 6pm. Called them back and they said that it was on its way, 7pm still no cab. Called back and finally cab shows up at 8:17pm, looked like it was is the Iraq war it was so dirty and smelly. We decided to pass due to the fact that we were not getting in that cab. Will never use them or even consider it again. We used another taxi company to get to our destination.

Ok its New Years Eve, I have never used a cab before and even I know if you expect to get a cab on time without any issues you had better call way way way ahead of time or even days in advance. This is what my family did with Metry Cab to arrange our transportation for our New Years fun. Every cab company out there will have a waiting period or even not be able to service you because everyone and there grandma wants a cab on New Years Eve, so if you couldnt get a cab because you waited till 10 minutes before you needed a cab dont get upset when you have an hour or so wait. People its New Years ! Our experience with Metry Cab on this New Years Eve was perfect for us, we scheduled everything ahead of time and the cab was right on time. Driver was very friendly took good care of us. I have lived in the area all my life (54 years) and I have never had to use a cab before but have always known Metry Cab. I mean who lives in Metairie and hasnt heard of Metry Cab! I would like to say thank you to them for providing us wil good transportation on this New Years Eve and Happy New Year Everyone!

We called in advance to set up our trip to the Mercedes-Benz Superdome for the Bowl Game. Everything was good and on time. Driver even got us there on time with some shortcuts to avoid the traffic. Go Cajuns ULL!

Just as bad as Carriage Cab and when I voiced my anger at the driver he said "yea we have the same owner as Carriage Cab" Figures!

Not perfect but what cab is. Above average so I was fine with that. 4 stars because its hard for me to give a taxi 5 no matter how good.

I am a 52 year old disabled man and I have been using this company for the last 5 years. I use them to carry out my daily routines such as taking me to the doctor, to the grocery etc. There service to me and my family has been exceptional and we appreciate that. I will continue to use them everyday. Its hard to find a company where they actually help you with your groceries without charging you an extra fee. They have really treated me very well. Arrived on time at the Airport and got us to our hotel. Good service

I called another company but for some unknown reason a cab from this company shows up. How they got my info I have no idea! I called back to the other company and they say they haven't sent that cab and the one I called for is on the way. I ask the cab driver from this company how they got my info and he said they merged with the company I called. This was total BS and when I told him the cab I called was coming he drove off. I told the driver of the cab I called and he said they he was trying to steal the load. I never actually used this company but I base my review on the looks of the cab and driver appearance and the fact of this shady deal of trying to steal from another company. If your business is that bad then maybe you shouldn't be in business. Being desperate isn't a good thing. Customer beware!

Arrived yesterday for the Work Boat Convention. Had pre arranged our pickup with this company ahead of time and they were referred to us from some fellow crew boat companies. Our experience was a good one and we will also be opening an account with them for all our crew transports. Highly recommend!

As everyone knows the day before thanksgiving is crazy. We called 3 days in advance to arrange our pick up from the Airport. When we arrived at the airport there was that initial feeling of "I Hope The Cab Is There" and yes it was. The driver was very nice and friendly and we located him easily since he had a sign with out last name on it. The SUV was very nice and clean and he assisted us with our luggage. When we arrived at our in-laws house we noticed the rate was cheaper than we had calculated from the information we got from the Airport web site. There was 3 of us and he was only charging us for 2. When we questioned him he said he (himself) does not charge for children riding with parents. We found this to be very professional and nice. We paid him the amount he requested and gave him a nice tip to which he refused but we insisted and said Happy Thanksgiving! This was a type of service we use to get when we were younger back int he day and thought that all this had eroded away over the years as has everything else in our society. We appreciate this and would tells others about them. We have already set up our pick up to go back to the airport on Sunday.

Good transportation with this cab from the airport to our hotel and back. We called a day in advance and everything went well.

Arranged our Airport pickup through them using phone app. and had no problems with fast service also. Cab was clean and the driver was extremely friendly. We will definetly use them again on our trips to New Orleans.

The question should be what didn't go wrong. Late, arrogant driver, extremely rude call taker, no customer service, called to complain and they could have careless. So I then called the Better Business Bureau to make a complaint and I was advised that their rating in the BBB was an F, the lowest rating. Checked it out online and verified it on Thor web site, if I would have known this ahead of time I would have never used them and hope that others read this as well.

We arrived in town for the American Medical Association Convention and called this company to arrange our transportation and they did an excellent job. We were all very happy and give them a big A+!
