Aunt B s Cleaning Service

I am a pastor at a local church here in louisville. We called Aunt Bs Cleaning on a Thursday evening for a big event we knew we couldnt handle on our own. Brenda and her ladies were there first thing Firday morning, completed everything we asked of her and her prices were amazing reasonable with all of her qualifications. I would DEFINETLY recommend her to ANYONE for any cleaning needs. God Bless

I have been using Brenda and her ladies for almost 2 years now. I am a real estate broker. I have listings from 4 million dollars to 500,000. Aunt Bs handles ALL of my cleaning needs, rather it be for a listing or for my personal home. We love them and 1 thing is for sure we know she is ALWAYS dependable and thorough. Never a worry and they make the process very smooth.

I would like to say I have been using Aunt Bs Cleaning for almost 4 years now. Brenda and her ladies have never let me down. They will always go the extra mile to make sure we are happy. She lets the dogs out and plays with them (and brings them treats) she always makes us feel at ease. They are a wonderful company that seem to bring it every time! In 4 years there was an issue with a bath tub, I called Brenda she came out immediately and corrected the problem and gave me the next clean FREE. Our entire family depend on her weekly

This service was very poor. Never showed and we had to keep calling. Brenda lied about meeting the appt. I would never use this service.

I called Aunt B's late in the afternoon in need of their services, yesterday. They made an appointment to come to my home the very next morning. My husband was comming home from the hospital after a major surgery. My home needed sanitized. I have small children and desperately needed assistance getting things ready for his arrival. The crew came in and my first impression was that they carried themselves professionably. I felt very at ease with Brenda and her girls in my home. They went right to work. My home looked AMAZING. There were things that needed to be added on during the clean that I was not up charged on. I offered to pay for the extra work but Brenda honored the original price we agreed upon. The prices are the best. They don't try to get rich off of people. They are there to help families who are in need. I had only planned on a one time clean. Due to the experience my family had I now have my home cleaned on a weekly basis. The world has became so unsafe these days. It is so nice to still find honest people. I have been a client for 2 years now. There has NOT been one thing that makes me question the relationship between us. If you have a company comming into your home cleaning, I hope that you are getting the same services I do. My life is so much better now. My family is safe, clean and happy thanks to Brenda and her girls. Thank You Brenda for all you do.

I would not recommend this service to anyone, for any reason. At first everything seemed fine and we were pleased with the cleaning, but for seemingly no reason things went terribly awry. They stopped showing up with no explanation and took days to return phone calls, even seeming irritated with us when THEY failed to show up. They broke a very expensive item in my home and I am still waiting on resolution to that situation. I have never been treated less professionally by any service provider. Very disappointing. I think you can see from the extrememly unprofessional reply below that this is not an organization with whom you want to get involved.
