I am confused as to how it is possible for some people to view this business so highly and others to view it so poorly. Maybe some people do not mind being stood up and ignored by the business they use or maybe these are reviews are not factual. Either way I had the same terrible experience as many others on here. Bought groupon and did not show for cleaning. Unfortunate, although groupon did refund my money.

Kristy asked us to write about the expeirence we had with our cleaning on Tuesday. My husband is so picky and they got around him so this is a huge milestone. My bathroom's I didn't know were so dirty but when they left it was blinging as my grand daughter would say. Without any hesitation's, yes we would recommend them.

I decided it was time to bring in the professionals. I had two full-time jobs that left little time for tasks like vacuuming and scrubbing the bathroom. I asked friends and co-workers living in the area for cleaning service recommendations, but this yielded no results. I turned to the internet for suggestions, and I decided to give Aunt Bs Cleaning a try. There is a relatively local office. I called, the company provided an estimate based on my description of my apartment, and we arranged an initial visit

THESE GIRLS WERE SO FAST AND VERY THOROGH. THEY ASKED ME TO WRITE ABOUT OUR CLEANING AND THE ONLY NEGATIVE THING I CAN SAY IS NOTHING, THEY DIDNT MISS ANYTHIN I ASKED THEM TO DO. THEY TOOK DIRECTION WELL AND WERE VERY EASY TO WORK WITH. WITH OUT A DOUBT WE WOULD RECOMMEND THEM.

DO NOT USE! Bought a Groupon on 10/3. Scheduled a cleaning for 10/19 over a week in advance. Was told they would call to confirm as the date got closer. Tried calling myself 3 days out to confirm and could never get anyone on the phone and their voicemail box is not setup. They no called/no showed just like all the other reviews claim.



I submitted a refund request to Groupon today and as of this writing they have started a new Groupon for themselves! They clearly are unprofessional and do not have the man power to fill all of these Groupons and/or do not care either.



If you schedule with these people expect to be sitting at your house cleaning yourself as these people will not show up.

Dont usually write a reveiw about anything. Krisy, Brittany and Lisa cleaned for us on Tuesaday the 16th. They asked me to write about the overall expeirience. I was happy with them. They were so bubbly and done a really good job cleaning. I have had a double knee replacement so I will be using them again. Yes I would recommend them. Thank you Marybell Callahan

Beware! I bought a groupon from this service and scheduled an appointment to have my home cleaned. On the day of scheduled service they no called, no showed. I tried calling them over and over with no answer. My husband finally called them 2 hours after they were suppossed to be there. They still did not answer but instead texted him saying that they were unavailable. I had a party scheduled for the next day and was stuck with no housekeeper. The owner was very rude and unapologetic when texting ( as she refused to call like any business would ) and continued to claim that it was an honest mistake. I offered to reschedule for the next morning and her response was "that's not gonna happen". I called groupon and they refunded my money but I was still stuck in a bad situation. Do not use this service. They are unreliable, dishonest, and very unprofessional. Absolutely not the type of business you want in your home.



I was never offered a free cleaning. The original cleaning was SCHEDULED on a Saturday.. I only asked for Sunday when they failed to show for my scheduled cleaning on that Saturday with out calling. And, my husband has not left any comments on any website. If you notice this business has an excuse for everything. It is always the consumer fault. I know that she was flat out dishonest in her response to my complaint. I can only assume that it is the same for the rest. Very unfortunate that a business like this is permitted to sale these deals online.

I recently purchased a groupon for Aunt B's cleaning service. Groupon #83-XM.



I scheduled an appointment for Saturday. Just under an hour before they were due, they called out "sick". At that time we rescheduled for Monday at noon. This was a huge inconvenience for me, but I rearranged my work again to accommodate the new time.



Today, I waited for them to arrive for their appointment and at 12:30 I called to check on where they were. no answer. At 12:51 they called back and said they had 1 house still ahead of mine and would be there in just over an hour.



they never came. At 3:44pm I called again. They said they had cleaned all their appointments for the day. I responded that that was untrue as they were supposed to clean my house at noon. they hung up on me. they did not call back.

I attempted to re call them and they would not answer the phone. I tried several times.



at 4:00 pm I sent a text massage stating:

"We were scheduled for last Saturday morning and you called out sick. you rescheduled for today at noon. at 12:30 I called you and at 12:51 you returned my call and apologetically said that you had just one house ahead of mine and would be here in just over an hour. it is important that you come today as I have house sitters staying the rest of the week."



I later sent a message stating:

"please call me ASAP. It is important that we resolve this today."



I had my someone else call from another number at 5 pm and they responded to him. they said that they came and we were not home. This is untrue as the only time i left the house was immediately after getting off the phone with them at 12:51 for just a couple minutes to pick up lunch and came right back.

I tried to call her again 6pm and again no answer and no call back.



while waiting for them, I got online and looked at recent reviews. It seems that several other people have had similar experiences. You should not do business with this company. They are extremely unprofessional and immature.

these people were a refreshing change of pace from the other cleaners I tried from groupon

we used a groupon today and was very pleased, thanks for a job well done.

I had purchased some things off of dailycoupons247.com one of them being a house cleaning coupon. I called Brenda to set everything up. I have never used a cleaning service before and she walked me through everything. She is a very kind person and the cleaning they provided me was above superior!

These girls were on time for our appointment. They took instruction well and were very kind. I would use them again. Thank you

How can there be 1 star reviews mixed with 5 star and nothing between? She's writing the 5 stars herself- that's why. Very unreliable service and you will be mad if you use. Work on service and customer service instead of wasting time faking reviews to try to clean your reputation.

I had 3 females for one hour. I didnt know someone could work as fast as I did but they sure did. They were fast and thorogh. The only thing was they were a half an hour late. But yes I would recommend them.
