I loved this company. I was offered a living social coupon and they were handed a big mess. There was 3 of them and they worked very fast and I got my monies worth.

Living social rocks! They presented the opportunity to purchase a cleaning coupon from this company and they over exceeded our list and we are very pleased they gave us this opportunity. We would of never found them with out living social, Thanks LS

Really disappointed with this company. I bought a Livingsocial coupon after reading the positive online reviews. I set up an appointment with them twice, and they never showed up nor contacted me about not showing up for the appointment. I am going to look elsewhere next time I need cleaning service.

I was excited to call on Aunt B's services as my fiancé and I were honestly looking to find someone to come clean our home on a consistent basis. We purchased the Living Social Coupon thinking it would be a great way to get the home cleaned and give a new company a shot. Unfortunately, this is not how things turned out. We tried to set up our appointment for a specific time and were told we would be contacted. This did not happen and the cleaners just randomly showed up on the day we had discussed with them but they had not specified a time. Anyhow, my fiancé was thankfully there and let them in. The coupon entitled us to "3 man hours" of work so when my fiancé left after 30 minutes to drive up the street to the bank to get tip money for the cleaners, she was shocked that they had left by the time she returned home. The cleaning team was there for no longer than 40 minutes and their efforts reflected it. We were having company visit the following day and had to spend 2 hours that night cleaning what was supposed to already be a "spotless" house. I assure you our home was not in any way in the type of condition that the proper cleaning could not be completed in the 3 hour window, likely 2. I truly feel that people deserve to find out the honest encounter that took place in this situation. When I called the owner about the situation, she was very short and coarse in her dealings with me. I never raised my voice and merely asked what could be done to make the situation better. I was eventually offered a free cleaning, but in the 3 times I have called to schedule the cleaning, they were unable to fit me in or I was told that I would be called back to schedule, which I was not. Frankly, I have given up in my attempt to redeem my "free cleaning" and will move forward with a different company. I would not recommend this company.

If I had only knew about these girls before I would have been using them for longer then my current 7 months. I know when I arrive from work on their scheduled day my feet can go up, thanks for all you and your crew do Brenda

I had my first cleaning appointment with Aunt B's service today and I am very happy with the results. Aunt B and her three able assistants showed up at my door ready to work with big smiles on their faces. In a jiffy they had my apartment spic and span. I would recommend this service highly.

Hello I am really new at this so be patient. I have been asked to write a review about my living social cleaning coupon. I have had the most pleasurable experience I could have hoped for plus a little more. Their were four women here and were outstanding. They were all dressed alike in their shirts. They busted their butts to make sure I was not only happy but offered to do anything else I would like them to. I was only suppose to get an hour of cleaning with 3 maids, instead I got a bonus of 4 maids for an hour and almost 20 mins. NO COMPLAINTS HERE!! I would recommend Aunt Bs Cleaning to anyone who is looking for a cleaning service. I understand obviously from the post below that you cant please them all but You sure pleased us. A++++++

I am very disappointed with Aunt B's. I bought a living social deal for 3 hours of cleaning. I called and scheduled it with Brenda for the next Monday. Someone (not Brenda) called me the Saturday before and said they were at my house so, thinking I got my days mixed up, I gave them the garage code and my apologies. When I got home, no one had been there. Assuming I must have been right about Monday and that they might have had the wrong house, I let it go. On Monday night, I got a call from Brenda who had "just pulled the note out of my pocket" from when I had called days before and wanted to know which Monday I had wanted. Obviously, I wanted that day but again, thought it was an honest mistake. I rebooked for Saturday when she said she would give me a call when she was on her way. Not wanting to wait around all day, I stepped out to run a few errands. When I got home, no calls, no cleaners. When I called (pretty good and irritated at this point) she said that they had come but I wasn't home and that they had tried to call me (I had no missed calls or voicemails) but it just rang and rang. I thought I would give them one more chance so I set it up (again) for today. I got home to find a house with a vacuumed floor (the kitchen wasn't even completely vacuumed. still potting soil on the floor from my son's seed propagation project the day before), made beds, and the trash taken out. Nothing is dusted, nothing is mopped, the bathroom sinks were not even wiped out, the toilets themselves were not cleaned (bowls are cleaned but there is still urine on the rim of my son's toilet and there is dust and other "bathroom dirt" on the tops of the toilets and the seats.). It looks like I let my 9 year old son clean the house and that he worked on it for 30 minutes.

I have a house that is barely 1200 square feet. There is no reason that every single thing in that house should not have been done and done well.

I have had a few cleaning services throughout the last 15 years and this is the worst, slack job I have ever seen. Due to the absolute lack of attention to detail and the poor job they did at the jobs they actually got accomplished, it is truly a wonder that they are in business.

Needless to say, I would never and will make sure that my friends and family never use this company's services again.

I wasn't sure about hiring a cleaning service. Am I glad I found these ladies. The WOW factor is there for sure. I wasn't sure what was wrong with my shower and Brenda was so knowledgeable that it is fixed now, thanks to her husband. They are the total package, trust me.

My husband and myself own 9 apartment complexes . Brenda ( AUnt B's Cleaning) has been cleaning them for about 3 months now. They are meticulous cleaners, wonderful staff and so affordable its not real. So if you get the chance to use this company I would highly recommend them.

I would have to recommend this company to anyone that is looking for some serious cleaners that are very professional. No over inflated pricing and a very friendly crew

I can tell you one thing Brenda and her girls will ALWAYS go the extra mile for that wow factor. She has cleaned for us for several years and we love her to death. She is awesome with our children and our pets. We ALL axiously await to see them every wed. Very professional and highly recommended company. We would be lost without them!
