Clear View Apartments

We have been here for a year and cannot wait to move out! The pool that they advertise is always close, the management is unfriendly and the maintenance guys are rude and always on their phones while working. The windows are old and let heat and air out, the ac units are old and dont work well. They spend a lot of money on the lawn and refuse to do anything else in the apartments. Just find another place, this one is dirty and unsafe.

So far I have been here 6 months and have had nothing but problems. The man who lives under me is a drug dealer. Have people running in and out of the building and is very rude and disrespectful. I advised the office but nothing has been done. The apartments are bug infested. You pay all the bills, water, trash, gas, lights, rent...everything. I have an issue with some items that were left in front of my door by mantience and I called the office 3 times in 1 week to remove it but all I got was......we are too busy. So I have to take it upon myself to call the owner of the company and after that they finally got it moved. This place is now taken section 8 and thank god I only have 7 months to go because I hate to see how bad this complex goes down hill after all that moves in. Save yourself stress and look at another complex.

The management and owners of Clear View Apartments strive to provide best in class customer service and homes for our residents. Clear View is in the process of going through many visible changes with the intent of improving the community for our residents. Some projects have already begun, such as improved landscaping, concrete, and parking lot repairs. Additional future projects include energy efficient improvements and interior upgrading.

Management is committed to doing whatever it takes to provide a safe community for our residents and guests and has taken steps to accomplish this including working closely with police, as well as looking into the most effective security options to deter crime from taking place within our community. Management is also working with central patrol officers to be certified as a Crime Free Multi-family Housing Community. We intend to have certification completed by the end of the summer. We take pride in our property, our services, and strive to exceed our residents’ expectations each and every day.

Well starting off, I would definetly not recommend these apartments. I have had nothing but problems starting when I moved in. I have been here less than a year and will not be resigning my lease. The apartments are overpriced and you pay for every utility, including water and trash which is not common with apartments. You share a hot water heater with the rest of the building you are in and are splitting the cost of gas and water with the rest of the tenants. The staff is friendly enough but does not resolve issues in a timely manner. If you are interested in these apartments, I would reconsider.

i lived here in 2009 and theydid a great job makin sure it was a safe place to live for me and my family. they work with you if your havin trouble and take good care of you. best place to stay exspecially if your just startin out like i was.
