Roy, the owner, came at 6:30 and was all done by 8:30. He replaced the motor, checked the attached humidifier, added PVC pipe to create proper drainage for the humidifier (we hadn't used it because no one had ever explained how/when we'd need it), added a wire to our thermostat, and helped us reprogram it so it was working properly. All for less than 1/2 of what Williams Comfort and Air was going to charge to just replace the motor. Roy answers calls 24/7 and doesn't charge after hour/emergency hour prices. 317-809-5628 is his number.

The owner of the company has tremendous pride in his work and he is very thorough and he charges a fair rate for work without pushing for all sorts of extras. We will be using him again in the future for all heating and cooling needs.

For somebody new (me) to the area, this was a great experience with them! Roy came right out when I called to see if he could fix my sons heating that went out on a cold freezing day. He look the system over, told me the price to fix it which I might add was also OUTSTANDING. He did all the work he said would do to fix it RIGHT. I deal with a lot of real good heating and cooling contractors across southern Indiana in my business and I would put him up there with the best. I would not hesitate to call him again, have him look at any heating and cooling problems I might have, take his word over the phone and not have to make a 3 hour driver to make sure we are not getting ripped off. It is a very rare thing to find a company that is willing to work with your situation. I called Roy Rogers just for pricing and he was at my house a half hour later telling me what my problem was. Prices are great, service is amazing, and he actually talks to you. I will be be calling Roy Rogers for any of my heating & air problems from now on.

I called Roy Rogers heating because I found the company online and I grew up with the name. My favorite tv star was Roy Rogers. I called him after I had called 2 other companies and the fee just to come out was way out of line. Roy Rogers heating came out and fixed the problem and actually showed me how the problem occurred and gave me some tips. Roy Rogers heating will always get my business.

Roy is great! He went above and beyond to help us out. He even help us out with the pricing! He does this job for the people that need his help not just for the money. He did a great job and we will definitely use him in the future! Would highly recommend!!!!

We live in Washington State and have a house in Indiana. We were told there may be some issues with keeping our furnace running. After doing some research, we called Roy Rogers Heating & Air. Roy was AMAZING!! He inspected the furnace on a SUNDAY, had it fixed on MONDAY! Not only did we get up to the minute photos and video during his process of repairs, the cost was very REASONABLE, he is HONEST, MOTIVATED, INTELLIGENT, KIND, and he went above and beyond and replaced our sump pump while he was there, completely unrelated to the furnace. Roy took away the frustration and worry of our house, and made it his own. Thanks so much to Roy and his kind heart, his expertise in the field, and his abilities to troubleshoot and repair a challenging situation. If you look for an HVAC company, don't go anywhere but Roy Rogers. You won't regret the phone call.

My family and I are so grateful for Roy Rogers. He helped us by fixing our furnace and helped us financially by saving money. We were told by others it would cost thousands of dollars but Roy's integrity helped us and he didn't try to rip us off. We need more people and more business operators like Roy Rogers!! We called Roy for a furnace problem on a Sat and even though he was in Carmel he showed up on the Southside of Indy within 2 hours. He went to great lengths to get the furnace working as soon as he could get the part. He was very understanding about our financial situation so he helped us out with a free tune up and inspection. He did not charge extra for coming out on the weekend just like he advertises. Roy was very professional, an expert in his field, kind and compassionate. A rare combination these days. I would highly recommend Roy Rogers HVAC!!

Roy came out and did an excellent job when my furnace needed repair. He showed us what he did, explained everything he had to do. He cleaned the unit and did things that had never been done by others who had worked on it before. I would recommend Roy knowing that who every he worked for, they will be as happy as I've been with his service, professionalism and fair prices.

Roy Rogers is the BEST in the West and the EAST!!! Roy came to my house and installed a new heating and air unit and he is by far the most reasonable specialist in all of Indianapolis. He knows what he is talking about and never leaves you in the dark. He was professional, and neat. I have a new heating and air specialist and will recommend him to everyone.

Roy came to my house on a Sunday to fix my Air Conditioner. His service was excellent and he is extremely professional. I would recommend Roy Rogers Heating and Air to anyone. He also doesn't charge overtime rates. His price to fix my AC was very reasonable. I know his price was $150 dollars cheaper than the last large company that I used. He has a new customer. I scheduled my furnace tune-up with him for this winter.

I highly recommend Roy Rogers!! He was awesome! I called him at 7:00 in the morning, he was at my home before noon, and we had a new air conditioner INSTALLED by 4:00! What impressed me most about Roy was that he went out of his way to work within my budget. At first trying to fix our unit, but when it was clear it couldn't be fixed, he found a way for me to get a new unit within my price range. He was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.
