Honest and very reasonable. Came home after 10-hour work day to an 85 degree house! Found business on a Google search and called Roy about 8 pm. He was at my house within the hour! Luckily it was a minor problem, but he got my AC up and running within 30 minutes and it didn't cost me an arm and a leg! I would (and have) recommend this business to family and friends with no reservation!

This company was very reasonable with thier rates and they actually took the time to explain to my husband what was wrong with our a/c unit in detail. They came out at the time that was promised to us (2 other companies made us committment times and canceled at the last minute). The customer service was outstanding and we would recommed this company to anyone looking for an excellent/friendly AC repair company.

Roy was amazing. Called him because I was told that our unit needed to be replaced and it was too small. We bought a unit and he agreed to put it in. When he arrived, I unit we had purchased was all wrong. He took the time to explain why and gave us an amazing deal on the correct unit with instillation. It was over memorial weekend and he wasnt able to put it in till that Tuesday, but he fixed the old unit temporally so we could have air over the warm weekend. Didn't even charge for it. I would highly recommend Roy and will continue to use him for all our maintence needs!!!!!!

Roy came out and got my air going while we still wait on the parts to make the fix permanent. Best part is he didn't charge me for getting is running and his quote for the final fix is A Lot less than any other quote we got!

I needed my A/C repaired, after trying to get someone to answer the phone and just getting the push the number buttons if you want so and so. Then not getting a call back I tried Roy Rogers LLC and got through immediately talked to Roy himself.He said he could come out after he was done where he was . Once he showed up, he diagnosed the problem, ordered the parts required to fix the problem and made another appointment to install said parts. The price of the parts and labor were exactley as he quoted. He didn't try to sell me anything that I didn't need or want. He was very professional and clean so was his helper. I definitely would recomend his services to my friends.

Proffesional, fast, clean & AFFORDABLE!! I HIGHLY reccomend Roy Rogers Heating & Air! I called him at 6 a.m. thinking I would get a business answering machine but Roy himself answered & scheduled a service call. We were not home when he first arrived but by the time we got there he had already assessed our AC unit & diagnosed the problem. He had the part in his van & we had our AC running within minutes! He was proffesional, clean & courteous. I thought I would be out hundreds of $'s but the service call, parts, installation & a few other things cost LESS THAN $100!! Give him a call, you won't be sorry!

Memorial Day was the most trying day for me this year. I had no air conditioning, it was super hot and I was miserable. I called several places to get my ac serviced. What I found was that the prices were so expensive and even if I could afford the prices... no one could make it to my home until the next day. In my misery and frustration, I gave up. It was HOT, I had a terrible headache and just wanted the day to be over! A short while after my despair kicked in... I prayed... after I prayed I decided I would try it again... So I went to Craig's List and thought... well God, please send me somebody. I dialed one number and no one answered. I dialed the second number and get a man name Roy. We discussed the problems I had and I asked if he could come to my home TODAY. He said yes. Ok, being that I'm a skeptic... I didn't get too excited. It's Craigs List remember. However, he showed up when he said he would, which was within an hour. He walked me through the entire process from start to finish. He discovered my problem and solved it. The cost was $99 and my life is better for it. Memorial Day ended with cool air circulating my home and finally a good night's rest. Truth is... Roy was God sent.

What can I really say EXCEPT Roy is a very professional and thorough individual. My husband and I was especially pleased with the way he handled things. Roy showed up and immediately got busy on replacing the old with the new. His attitude towards things really proved how "involved" he was in the process. He was not only thorough but also very meticulous about making sure everything was right on the money. His attitude showed me that he really cares about the work that he does and the reputation that will ultimately come out of the situation. I have already recommended him to others as I will continue to do. After everything was installed and running smoothly he was made sure that he went through the material with us to make sure we understood what to expect and what not to expect. After everything was said and done he not only hauled away the old parts but also cleaned up after himself, which was impressive in itself. Roy is not a run of the mill installer by any means, he cares about the indivual and their family as a whole and not just "another customer". I am very confident that if we have any problems, give Roy a call and he will be out here addressing the situation very quickly. Roy is the person to call when you have a problem with HVAC and I WILL continue to recommend him to anyone that mentions it. Oh yea...and another thing he bought pizza for our son for lunch!!!!!

I called Roy at 6:00 in the p.m. on the sunday of the indy 500. He was at my house in a half hr with all the tools and equiptment to take care of my central air. He even had the part I needed in his van. He had my air back on in 15 mins . AND FOR A HUNDRED BUCKS! Try getting anyone to show up on your doorstep the night before memorial day for that, let alone fix your problem. He even cleaned my c/a unit free of charge. He is my official heat guy from now on out. Glad to have him in the rolodex. Did I mention it was race day??

I just had Roy Rogers out here to look at my AC, finding out that your AC is not working is never a good thing but at least I was able to find someone who gave me a good price on the repairs and even some tips on things I can do to protect my HVAC system, his business card went onto our post it board and I will be telling my friends that if they need any HVAC work done to give Roy Rogers a call

I would recommend this guy to anyone! Timely. efficient. friendly! Takes the time to answer any questions or concerns you might have. His work was great! Everything looked so clean and sharp. Extremely thorough! He even helped me hook up my sump pump while he was here! Hows THAT for service! Oh! And the prices! He is very reasonable! We wouldn't have been able to have all this done otherwise. And he installed the heating and a/c PLUS a UV light air purifier! We just couldn't have asked for more. If you need this type of work done, Roy Rodgers is your guy!

Roy replaced a draft-inducer moter. He took back the bad one, and it was under warranty. He only charged me labor to repair, which was only 120$. No service call fee. He was very proffesional. My comfort was his priority. He saved me at least $300 dollars from a another company.
