Very dependable, honest, nice guy. I called him after our usual repairman gave us 3 different reasons our air conditioner quit working after it had already been a week since I called them. Roy came when he said he would and within an hour and a half he had diagnosed the problem, drove back to the shop to get the part and had it fixed. We're so happy and intend to keep him now as the first one we call! Cost was reasonable too!

Normally when there are vent problems, nothing else except the vent is involved. However, in our case, the problem was a little unusual since there was actually a cat inside of the vent. The cat had lifted the cover of the vent and had gone into the vent and was stuck in the vent! We were in a panic. We had called other HVAC service companies and we even called animal control in an attempt to solve our problems but to no avail. We were in dire straits and we needed a miracle. Lucky for us, Roy Rogers HVAC answered the call! They came to the house and they were very professional. They quickly went to work and they solved our problems---and yes, there was a happy ending for the cat. They got the cat out of the vent and now all is well. We've had on going AC problems for 2 seasons now. I had several different companies do diagnosis with different answers. enough was enough I started a new search for the answer. I found Roy Rogers add in the YP on my lap top also others that I've heard or have seen adds for but wasn't really comfortable with so I did the call and Roy answered the call. He listened to me and then gave me his opinions and thoughts and then he said he could have someone here today! Nobody ever said that and then held up to their word. Roy came to my house and we talked though all the options, and he went to work; explaining things as he went about. He was here about one hour and if I didn't have so many questions may have been less. His price was fair and I am very pleased. In the morning I am calling the company I have as a service contract and cancelling them. I will use Roy's company from now on.

Our old heating & air system gave up the ghost after limping along for a while. Roy was kind enough to come out quickly and get a new Trane system installed within a few days. He went above and beyond in the installation, providing the kind of service that you love to see but rarely get with other companies.

My 92 yr old Mom had something alive in her furnace. You could hear it and it was quite scary. I called Roy and he came right over( I had called another 24 hr company, got vm and they never called back). Initially we thought it was a bird in the furnace. Roy discovered a injured squirrel. He removed him and laid him safe under the shed so it could heal. What a guy! Got the heat back on, all for a small price! I will call only him from now on, for all our furnace and air conditioning needs!

Roy Rogers Heating & Air went out of there way to get our 17 year old Trane Furnance in the best shape possible for Winter. He even came out on a Sunday within just a few hours of our initial phone call. I was not expecting to get an answer on a Sunday morning, but Roy himself answered and serviced our unit. He replaced our blower motor, squirrel cage and a few other parts and cleaned our system for $700. Anywhere else this same service would have cost double. Thank you Roy Rogers Heating * Air.

Let me begin by informing everyone that I have a brand new home, which means a brand new system. During the winter I was receiving extremely high electricity bills that I was having a hard time paying. I then contacted Airtron the system installers who came out and informed me that my brand new system has gone bad, the compressor is no longer in operation and it was going to cost me $1200 to fix. that was the worst news ever. I checked my mailbox (had to be God sent) there was a flyer from Roy Rogers, I immediately contacted him and he came right out! He told me that my compressor is working and all I need was freon. He placed freon in the unit and had it operating correctly. He didnt charge me an outstanding amount. He was very friendly, patient and informative. I would recommend him to anyone. He saved me alot of money that I didnt have.

I should have written this review 2 weeks ago. Roy Rogers Heating & Air provides great services. Both Jason (Roy's nephew) & Roy were present and discussed with me what's the best for my heating needs. During this maintenance service, they found a broken wire which resulted only half of the heating was operating and fixed it without charging extra. They were prompt, professional, provided 5-Star services at reasonable price! I am very happy to have found them and they are my H/C custodian from now on.

Dont waste your time calling the big companies that pop up first on google. They are all over priced. Roy Rogers LLC is the complete package. Roy personally came out not even two hours after I called him. He and his partner had a new furnace and condenser unit put in that week. Installed PERFECTLY! I got 4 estimates and Roys was the lowest by far. He went the extra mile in coming back the next day to make sure everything worked ok. These guys dont cut corners and are definitely everything you hope and expect to find in an Hvac company. SUPER impressed

If you want someone that is very reasonable, need to call Roy. He goes out of his way to give you good quality work and backs up his products. He goes into detail of what he did and shows you how to work everything. I had him put in a heater and air unit together and I am very happy. Thanks Roy

Just call him. I cannot recommend him enough-- he went above and beyond. So thankful to have gotten it right the first time by calling him!

I don't usually write these, but this company deserves it. Roy was the only company to offer options for repair or replacement. All the others said unit could not be repaired. He offered two repair options and a total replacement. If you want to be treated right call Roy.

Truly great service my air went out at the worst time of year and I had no idea who to call when I called Roy was very professional and scheduled me right away assured me he would take care of it. He came one day early as well. He put a new part on my air conditioner that is over 10 years old. Very fair price. I was truly grateful for such good service and price.
