Ashton Woods Apartments

I am quite impressed and excited about my apartment! The community is small and well kept and I have my own carport. Location for me is great; close to my job and access to highway 270 grocery stores and the mall. The manager is very receptive, and warm.

I would recommend my friends and family to live at Ashton Woods. The apartments are huge with lots of space inside, a pantry with washer and dryer installed, a big patio with a room to keep home goods. I love the neighborhood location because it is close to Easton and interstate 270. The maintenance service are prompt; therefore, It is worthwhile living at Ashton Woods

Ashton Woods is a great place to live. I used to live there in summer of 2007 and have good experience living there. Due to my great experiences them, i returned to Ashton Woods this past summer. The apartment is in a great location, a quiet and peaceful neighborhood, and has up-to-date appliance to enable customers to save money on rising energy cost. The maintenance services are prompt and management respond to the needs of the people

The location to the apartment is very accessible to easton and polaris. Everyone is friendly and nice. I would recommed living here.

Love the location and my apartment and it is very comfortable. No problems so far; and maintenance and management are very good. Would like to continue my residence for a long time.

Ashton woods are a good place to live with spacious units and a very good complex manager. She goes out of her way to make sure she does anything she can to get your situation resolved.

I have lived at Ashton Woods for a number of years and I think it is a great place to reside. It's close to Easton with easy access to interstate 270. The rooms are spacious and all aparment units have firesplaces which I use regularly during the cold months. The rent is very affordable with a good management team.

I really enoy living here, this is my third year. When things need fixing, the maintenance guy is right on it. The manager is very nice and helpful.

Great location; it is close enough to the freeway for use but far enough so noise is not an issue. Quiet location, great neighbors, apartment manager is always helpful for any issues that may come up.

Although I have only lived here a few months I find this to be a GREAT community to live in. It is always quiet, the office manager is wonderful and maintenance is speedy and efficient. The apartments are very roomy and the additional exterior storage is a definite plus as is the carport that comes with each apartment. There is plenty of additional parking, convenient access to I-270, 161, Easton Town Center and surrounding communities and pleasant neighbors...what more could you ask for in apartment living!



I am happy to call Ashton Woods home and am looking forward to many more years of being a resident in such a nice, quiet and pleasant apartment community. I would highly recommend Ashton Woods to anyone looking for a grade A place to live.

I have been living at Ashton Woods Apartments for about six months and have been satisfied with the service and amenities. The neighborhood has been safe and quiet, the apartment is spacious, and is a better deal than I've found in other places in Columbus. The building manager is easy to contact in case of a problem and is very pleasant to deal with.

A wonderful apartment and area. The manager is very nice. The maintenance guy always come and take care of any repairs. Good schools nearby.

Very nice apartments with lots of space, and very quiet area. Easy access to Hwy 270, or Hwy 71. Very nice manager!

I have just retired but finding and living in a community like what we have here at Ashton Woods Apartment complex is a must and a plus for people like my wife and I. A residential community mixture of people with varying age ranges makes us feel like we're in a place we can call home. This is close to 270 freeway and 161 to get to the Amish Communities in Berlin and the rest. For somebody like myself who is fond of fishing, Hoover Reservoir is like stone's throw away. It's conveniently located to us and going fishing with our granddaughter is a plus as it's quite near and won't hear "Are we there yet?" from her.

It's closeness to the Easton Town Center makes dining out or shopping at the stores nearby a pleasure. The resident manager, Pam and Ira are a great addition to the ammenities in this community.

As for me and my wife, living in Ashton Woods is a plus and must. Come on out and try for yourself what its all about.

I have lived at Ashton woods for over a year. I have really enjoyed it. Close to everything...quiet and reasonable prices...washer and drier included...Overall great place to live,,

I would definitely recommend Ashton Woods as a place to live. It’s in a great location, and I love how I can walk down to Strawberry Farms Park and go running on the Alum Creek Trail. All of the rooms are spacious, and having our own storage shed is great, especially for things like Christmas decorations or grills. I feel very safe here, and our neighbors are great and keep an eye on our place when we’re gone. We live on the ground floor, so you can hear a bit of squeaking if people are walking around above us, but it’s nothing that you wouldn’t hear elsewhere. Other than that the walls are pretty thick. The fireplace is a nice touch, and the apartment keeps them well maintained. Our cats appreciate the tall windows! The kitchen is a good size, and it’s so nice to have a pantry! My husband and I plan on staying here for several years.

Check out Ashton Woods Luxury apartments, very spacious, very quiet, very convient to all arears of the city. Can't find a better place to live for what all you get for a reasonable monthly payment.

You get your own protected covering parking, beautiful scenery. You get your washer and dryer, and that's more than what most places offer. You get 1 & 1/2 baths a large Patio Deck with lots of storage. Most of all I the management and all the peace and quietness.

Ashton Woods Apartments is the best apartment complex in Columbus. It is very quiet and enjoyable. The manager, Pam, is very friendly and helpful. It is centrally located near I- 270 and the rental rates are reasonable. I have enjoyed the fireplace, carport and vaulted ceilings. I would reccommend this apartment to anyone relocating to the area. It is a great place to live!
