Walnut Glen Apartments

I have been here since August of 2014 and I left my apartment I am not planning on moving anytime soon things have changed and they are so much better here than they ever were in the past and Jody from the corporate office is wonderful she takes care of anything if you have a concern she make sure you are happy I am pleased and would not leave here anytime soon

Been at WG for some 12 years now and all is well. It's under new management now and any problems we had in the past and now, it's taken care of in reasonable time. Yes, the laundry rooms (all 4 of them) are filthy and 70% of them don't even work, and yes we have spiders. But all in all, not so bad.

Please don't move in these apartments they have mice roaches they don't have a play ground for kids the manger she only care about her people they don't clean the hallway the air dont work in the summer they half do stuff the only time the do stuff is when the corporate people

not as bad as portrayed. yes there are issues, no they are not bad enough to make me run for the hills! GIANT SPIDERS!!! will warn you about that, but WG is quick to call and get out the exterminators. one very real problem that I did have, I was away from my apartment for about 2 months and when I came home for the first time, my smoke detectors and personal alarm had been disconnected and my tablet and a 12 pack of toilet paper was missing. (my door was locked back)((obviously a employee of the complex)). those are minor to me, replaceable and not out of my pocket. but do monitor your things but when you pay less than 500 a month for 800 sq ft, u learn to live with it.

I give this apartment complex a -100....

The front office people are very rude an don't care about anything ...air conditioner is not working in the summertime u will not get air an in the winter u will not get any heat...the heat blows out great in the bathroom!! I have not had any hot water in 2wks an still counting!!!!...I have 3 big holes in the bathroom that us covered up by a mirror. When the mirror fell on my son an I went to let them know they thought it was funny?����

The only thing this complex what is money..gnats or fruit flies be all over the place no matter how clean your apartment is an I'm a neat freak....!!! They out carpet in the kitchen instead of taking the time to put in new tile!! Only thing this place wants is the money an when u don't pay u will have a notice on the door. You can tell them something is wrong an the best line they give u is "I'm going to put this in to maintenance so they can get right on it"... But that takes about 3-4 wks sometimes even longer than that..hell your stuff may never get fixed until u move out an that's really sad to me cause they want the money... don't care about the people thats paying for this dump of a place. Trash all over the outside if the place but they only keep the front clean an can careless about the rest of the complex..,.IF U EVER NEED A PLACE TO MOVE TO DO NOT RENT HERE!!!! RUN !!! I would never send anyone here to rent a place...in the rental book an even on line they kitchens nor bedrooms look anything like pictures!!!! To me false advertisement !!!!

I love love love my apartment no problems so far its big enough for me n my babies the staff is awesome I just moved here two months ago n I dont have plans on leaving :)

I live here right now. Don't move here. I repeat do not move here. They refuse to fix any of the problems in our apartment for WEEKS at a time. We've live here since December 2013 and in that time... our dish washer washes nothing, the kitchen sink has clogged, the bathroom sinks pipes busted, we've had no hot water for a total of 10 days (one of them being right now), the air conditioner doesn't work, and there is now a 2 foot hole over our bed and we've moved our bed to the living room because it was from the rain last night leaking onto the bed.



The AC hasn't worked at all since we moved in it's been a month and a week and we've asked them to repair it five separate times. It took them a month to fix the sink in the bathroom and I'm sure the one in the kitchen would still be not working if we didn't catch a maintenance guy in the office one day paying rent. We've asked them to fix our dishwasher two separate times but have since given up because the first time they said they fixed it but nothing changed and the 2nd time it was ignored.



Today we called them and let them know about the 2 foot hole above our bed and that our AC still isn't working. The problem being the window AC we had to purchase for our bedroom window is in our bedroom and we are not sleeping in the balmy, uncomfortable living room where we have to get enough sleep to be able to drag ourselves to work. But that's hard to do because our air conditioner still isn't fixed.



They said they MIGHT have someone to fix the roof today but they have no idea (NO IDEA!!!!) when they're going to be out to fix the mess in the bedroom and no clue (again no clue, awesome) when they're going to be out to fix the AC... the AC that's been waiting a month and a week... that we've had to remind them five times about... that once, the work order got canceled for it because they came to fix a sink and they thought that was the work order they worked on...



Also, both of our sliding closet doors are off of their tracks and both of our towel rods keep falling off of the wall... and the fins on the tub sides that block water from getting in the floor have fell off. We haven't even told them about that because I mean in the large picture who cares about doors and tubs... but looking at the whole thing, it's bad. Please, please I beg you do not move into these apartments.

If you are looking somewhere to get your tires slashed, robbed by maintenance, have someone shot and killed in your laundry building, have young adults (as your neighbors), playing loud music and partying 24/7, and the office manager/staff think this is all normal behavior, then Walnut Glen is the place for you. Welcome home to HELL!!!
