They never pick up the phone. My package is lost in this office. How can they do this?

Horrible! I have numerous packages that are sitting in Chicago for weeks! This is total crap! Government shouldn't be in charge of anything!

I TOTALLY AGREE THAT THIS POST OFFICE BE UNDER INVESTIGATION AND SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO ACCEPT OR RECEIVE ANY PACKAGES UNTIL THEY ARE INVESTIGATED. I ASSUMED I WAS THE ONLY PERSON EXPERIENCING DIFFICULTIES WITH OBTAINING PACKAGES, HOWEVER, AFTER REVIEWING THE REVIEWS LISTED I SEE THAT THIS IS AN ON-GOING PROBLEM. I HAVE BEEN WAITING ON A PACKAGE FOR OVER A MONTH THAT WAS SENT TO ANOTHER STATE AND IS BACK IN CHICAGO BEING HELD. I HAVE NEVER EXPERIENCED ANYTHING LIKE THIS BEFORE, I DON'T KNOW IF THE EMPLOYEES ARE STEALING MERCHANDISE OR IS JUST ILLITERATE BUT SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THIS FAST OR I WOULD NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING ELSE THROUGH USPS THAT HAS TO GO THROUGH THIS POSTAL SERVICE.

My package has also not come to me and is waiting in this post office. I cannot get it because its states away from me.

60666 is very revealing postal number, probably this post office is build on top of gates to hell. Yes, my package is missing now, 3 weeks sitting somewhere in 60666 Chicago, no further tracking anywhere and nobody knows anything. I ordered couple of other things also from China and different part of USA at same day and those items are already delivered here in Finland. This is not ACCEPTABLE ! THERE IS THIEFS IN 60666 Chicago post office !!!!

Package has been sitting here for two weeks and the post office just keeps telling me not to worry and it will come soon.

DISGUSTING HOW MANY PACKAGES ARE "MISSING" FROM THIS LOCATION. SOMEONE NEEDS TO INVESTIGATE THIS LOCATION. My package arrived at this facility on 11/5/14. heading to China. It is a $200 item and is MYSTERIOUSLY MISSING NOW.

Horrible horrible horrible. Have been trying to receive an international package since November 4, 2014! Not able to talk to anyone, email anyone (at some point was able tor request redelivery and also submit a complaint, with no response). Now, 2 months later, system shows my package back in the system (on the website) but I have not received it yet. I am telling vendors from now on to not send me anything that requires signature via USPS, and I will not use them ever again to mail anything important. SAD and EMBARRASSING!!!!

I tried calling three times within their posted service hours, and no one ever answered the line. I need to stop a package and get it redelivered before it goes back to Germany. Between this post office and the gross incompetence of the staff from my home post office, who got me into this mess in the first place, I will cheerfully report all such failures to the Postmaster General. I am fed up with the lackadaisical attitude with which too many postal workers treat people's mail.
