My package left Canada last thursday and it has been at this post office for almost 4 days now. No updates, nothing. Reading these reviews just makes me more anxious and worried. What in the world is going on at that post office?!

I'm waiting for my package which has been sent from December 20,2015.I know that it was remain at Chicago,Illinois post office.My tracking number is LS247056498CN.If some one could process my package to Kansas,that will be great.

I have complained about this problem happening twice in one month. Maybe they can help. Try writing. If enough people do, MAYBE something will be done.

The package I tried sending arrived here on December 9th 2015 and never departed. I tried calling, no one ever picks up. Does anyone solve a case like this?

My package was shipped out since the 8th of January arrived at this post office and there is no more tracking on it. Its been stuck here since the 11th but because I didn't pay a "HIGHER" price there is no further tracking. So I've made calls to customer service and they refuse to let me know where my parcel's at. Its like this post office is the BERMUDA TRIANGLE every things stops her and gets lost or stolen. This is unexceptable and an investigation should be opened by the federal government to find out what is going on. Then they wonder why people don't use the USPS anymore.

Same with my package.. it's there since November 26, 2015!!! LC609319455US I am considering different carrier for my future shipments!

2 weeks passed and my pack did not left.

Package routed here by mistake from Allen park, Michigan, now it is sitting in Chicago...most likely some postal employee is stealing packages. USPS says there is nothing they can do, even though I provided a tracking number (which doesn't guarantee delivery, only service which is guaranteed, is overnight delivery.) Not even entitled to refund because it wasn't guaranteed!!! Are you serious?

I Also having the same problem. My package shows the arriving in the this post office and no scan for leaving for more than 3 weeks. Please we need help. I tried to call many phone numbers with no answers or help. it is very weird we are in USA and it looks like it is very difficult to have any answers

I live in the UK, and I know that postal services over here aren't brilliant but the lack of service from this post office is abysmal.
