Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Eddie #1617 WAS FRIKKIN AWESOME! Not only was he courteous, knowledgeable and respectful but bbn it was obvious he was completely aware of what the plumbing situation was and what it would entail but he kept me looped in the entire 90 minutes of what he was experiencing and how he was addressing our plumbing dilemma. He fixed all with 100% satisfaction and cleaned up after and reviewed his invoice and 6 month warranty from top to bottom. Eddie comes highly recommended in my humble opinion as does Rotorooter! 5 STARS Eddie is one of your best!

This is about the man with the camera who was summoned for a PDP assessment and meeting with a city inspector.
He ran the camera all the way from my main drain to the city of Chicago “tap” in the street( Kenneth Ave.)
All the while city inspector George had a keen eye on the precedings. The inspector agreed with the previous findings. He marked off the street with yellow spray for eventual water dept. repair.

This was the best experience I have had with a plumber in my life. Heto 365T gave prompt service, professional expertise, and recommendations that were honest and ended up saving me some money. Will definitely be using again!

Came to my house and charged me $450 for less than an hour of work. They didnt communicate the price until the plumber was at the house. They fixed the problem, but it was completely overpriced for the work that was performed.

Mark was very polite he introduce his self to me and my husband, usually when a service person come in the house they come in and address the man. Mark covered his shoes and did not track the mud on my floor, and I thanked him, he went in the basement and gave my husband a estimated and when he came back upstairs he stop and explained all that needed to be done and the price. 5 star from me

I recently called Roto-Rooter for a unknown plumbing issue and my home. They able to schedule an appointment for the very next day, which I was very impressed by the flexibility. This was our best emergency repair experience to date. We called Rotor Rooter and Yuri #1195 came out to help us with our clogged sewer drain and flooding problem. He arrived within 90 minutes after our request for service. He was very thorough and highly professional. He explained step by step what needed to be done and proceeded to fix the problem. He did a great job and recommended next steps. This is the first time we have felt totally confident that the work that was needed was done properly and effectively. Many kudos for Yuri and the excellent work he did!!

Chris, technician #4830, was terrific! He was there in less than a half-hour after I called Roto-Rooter and was knowledgeable, professional and efficient in cleaning out the main sewer line to my septic system. I could not have asked for more. His work was much appreciated!

I called I was worried because I had to work and couldn’t get home til 3:30 and ask the technician if he thought they could work with me. My water heater pilot light was out and I tried to get it back working and I couldn’t. But rotorooter got it back working quickly. I had the basement leaky piping for four years drip,drip and dripping for four years and I was scared I would not get the correct help. The phone technician was good and professional and they sent the Plummer to my house he was awesome and he had the right parts I needed for repairs and he did not take long. He was very helpful, polite and kind. I would call back again and recommend him to help my friends and family. I find I can depend on Roto-Rooter thanks.

I had a gentlemen by the name of Reise, Tech #: 1877, come out earlier this afternoon to look at the unfortunate plumbing disaster in my home. And it ended with him being absolutely patient and generous about it. He kept me very informed on the problem every step of the way and how we can get to the bottom of it to making sure it doesn't get this bad again. It was very much so appreciated to have had his help with the job that he 100% completed to the best of his ability. Which also gave me good comfort in knowing that I wasn't getting ripped off like others would unfortunately. I knew that the price was defiently worth it and I was left happy as well as satisfied with his service to fixing the situation thus far until the next step of getting it cleaned now. I would more than anything recommend Reise over any other person in this company let alone over any other company in general. He was also a lot quicker than I expected which was very nice for it being the weekend.

Quick service. Fully explained problem and what was needed. Called for emergency service on weekend. Unfortunately, they could not make the 2 hour promised window, while they still did offer to come out it was too late in the evening (at that point we had a good handle on the problem and did not need emergency service). Service over the next two days was very good.

Roto-rooter did a quick and thorough job. Felipe #3033 did a great job and provided great explanation regarding what he was doing and how to prevent future problems. Definitely would recommend.
