Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

We had Tony repair a pipe that burst and also unclog a toilet for us. I liked how the pricing was clearly marked on a service sheet so I knew it was an honest estimate. We also received a discount for having two services performed in the same service call. Tony was informative and showed me the broken part once it was removed. He added that he repaired the pipe in a certain way so if we have problems again in the future it would be easier to repair. He was personable with my children and respectful of our home (wore covers over his shoes and cleaned up). I will call Roto-Rooter again if we need service in the future.

Howard 4285 did a great job today rodding out my kitchen sink. He was very professional and cleaned up after the job.

Pat (1899) did a very nice job installing a new ejector pump in our basement and explaining why the old one failed. A bit pricey, but great service.

Sergio arrived about 15 minutes after I called Roto-Rooter. He was polite and professional from start to finish. I had several problems with my plumbing that needed to be addressed rather quickly. He removed and replaced a couple toilets and cleared some obstructions in the lines with perseverance and patience. Sergio assured me he would do everything he could to solve all my plumbing issues before he left. He delivered on that promise and I couldn't be happier. I would definitely call Roto-Rooter again if I have any plumbing needs.

Sewer was backed up, we suspected a root intrusion. They came out first thing in the morning on a Saturday and got us up and running! Steven and Tony were great, very professional and quick with the work - we need a bigger repair and they were able to get everything set up for us right away for next day service on our sewer line. 5/5!

My sewer line was running very slowly. I called an made an appointment. Chris, Tech. #4830 was right on time. He worked on the line for some time and said that there might be additional issues. Greg, the field supervisor, ran a camera through the line and showed me an area where the clay tile was collapsing. (The house was built in 1912.) He explained. the alternatives that were available to me (including wait and see) and provided a written estimate. Two days later and right on time Mitch and Dan came and completed the work that I requested. In both cases, Roto-Rooter personnel were meticulous about using shoe coverings, drop cloths and other items to ensure that our house stayed clean. They had to break up a concrete floor and there wasn't a bit of dust anywhere. When the techs finished, the area in which they worked was very clean. .

Late night emergency call, complete blocked main drain. Roto-Rooter was here within the hour. Tech worked about 1 1/2 hours to clear drain of nasty tree roots. Manny (1916) was AWESOME!!! Thank you Manny

Tech Joe (2851) did an excellent job with our water restoration issues. He provided great customer service, scheduling times that worked for me, and answering any questions.

Pat #1899 was punctual, personable, and very knowledgeable. He immediately assessed the problem and took the time to both show the area needing repair and completed the repair in record time. He was professional and once the repair was complete at a reasonable rate he left the work area in better condition than when he arrived at our residence. I would not hesitate to use his services in the future for other plumbing concerns.

Tech #2892 was on time, professional and successful in removing the debris that was clogging my drain systems. Service was expensive but expected. Others tried and failed so I guess it was also worth it. I pray I don't need to use them again, but I would!

Felipe arrived, looked at the problem, and told me what he needed to do to solve my problem. Then he went to work. All during the process he kept me informed and up to date on what he found and what he accomplished. He cleared my drain and cleaned up after himself. Felipe was professional, friendly, and was ready to answer all of my questions. He is a valued Roto-rooter employee. Iwould definitely recommend your company to my friends because of Felipe.

I was very amazed And how quickly this came out to service my clogged sink I had so much rice in my garbage disposal that I had a clogged so bad that they had to go far in to unclog it. Mark was The guy that came out to service our sink very professional kind and explained everything that was wrong and also explained what I should do to keep my sink from going through this again. By the way my kids adored him he was very kind and friendly compared to usual people coming out to service anything in the house or not as friendly and kind I would really recommend him again for any of my plumbing services. I also got a gallon of the pipe shield Do you recommend that product for anyone it’s very safe on your pipes and also on your skin no need to even wear gloves . I did have a great experience and I would recommend this company to anyone .

The sewer backed up in my basement, and it turned out that part of the pipe was deteriorating and needed to be replaced which meant breaking up part of the basement floor. All the service men who worked on this appeared to know what they were doing and were very careful not to damage nor leave dirty any surrounding areas. They actually cleaned the floor. The job was completed in a timely manner. I would have like to observe how they worked and actually see the problem of the broken up pipe, but I was not allowed to do this due to safety concerns. I was not allowed in the basement while they worked. I was only shown pictures after the job was completed, which isn't exactly like seeing the real thing. Overall, I am satisfied with the work.

After having challenges finding someone knowledgeable to service my sump pump, it was great to work with Pat. I appreciated his willingness to problem solve and come to a resolution. Only minor complaint would be on scheduling - both times the dispatcher called to let me know they would be early. A nice problem, but still created some schedule juggling.

Nail was great. Was trying to install new kitchen faucet and ran into issues. Couldn’t get old faucet off, shut off valves were frozen.
They came out in less than hour after I called. New faucet was installed, found that shut off valve was different size than new ones, changed those and also fixed a pipe off dishwasher.
Would recommend highly, their professionalism was outstanding
