Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup

Theodore (4753) is my freakin’ hero. We had a pipe burst and he came out and handled everything- got an amazing plumber here (Mike 2080), got his team scheduled to dry out everything, and remained calm and professional the entire time. He was literally the calm in the storm and I am so grateful for him. He is the best in the biz and roto rooter is lucky to have him!!!

Reise was our guy. He was very efficient and cleaned up afterward. It was very hard work for him to fix our problem. I completely trusted that he knew what he was doing and would finish victorious!

Had a pipe burst in the laundry room. Kyle 3269 and Gabriel 5390 came and quickly replaced it. Very professional and friendly. Would definitely call again if another plumbing issue arises.

I was visited by Mark, Tech #2840 on 02/09/19 for a bathtub clog. Mark was very friendly and straightforward in his explanations of how my system worked and the possible issues that could be causing my clog. However, it took him hardly any time at all to locate where the clog was and get rid of it without even having to rod. He offered me some cleansing tips for my pipes along with a bottle of non-acidic pipe/drain cleanser. and he cleaned up the area after finishing the job. I was very pleased with his politeness and the technical service. Would readily call Roto Rooter again if need be.

Felipe was a master craftsmen he came in unclogged the pipe and showed me things I could do to prevent this from occurring again. Thanks a billion

Eduardo tech # 5256 went above and beyond our expectations. His pipe to rooter was not long enough and he went back to schaumburg to obtain the correct size. He came back to Hobart Indiana later in the day and worked through the evening to unclog our kitchen sink. He ran the pipe not just once or twice but a couple times and sure enough it unclogged the drain. Roto Rooter should feel proud to have such a dedicated employee. Eduardo is a true asset to your company. Please make sure to pass along the HUGE compliment to Eduardo. He is the best service technician we have dealt with in a long time. His professionalism is outstanding. He even cleaned his work area in my kitchen, I tried stopping him. Please recognize this employee.

Loga #4714 did a great job in attacking a blocked shower drain from multiple angles. He was very polite and deliberate about keeping everything as clean as he found it.

At 10pm on one of the coldest days in Chicago, had a problem with basement drain backup of sludge and waste. Found Algonquin Roto-Rooter on YP and made an online appointment for 8am next morning. He also helped me schedule an appointment with Bob to camera my line at no additional cost. Both Leonard and Bob were extremely professional, gave me a thorough explanation about why the problem occurred, and advice on how to prevent this problem in the future.
