Free upgrades on both rentals this trip. Agents are friendly, but clearly harried and rushed. You get the sense that they are being timed on how quickly they can rush you through.

Several people in line when I arrived, however more agents came out and we were offered the use of the kiosk. Took less than 10 minutes from stepping off the shuttle to driving off the lot. The return was even quicker. Staff were friendly and professional. Would definitely use again.

Flew in for a quick one day business trip, the shuttle bus was right there when I walked up and the check in was less than 5 min. Drop off was just as quick. I look forward to flying back into O'hare to this kind of service. GREAT JOB from the driver of the shuttle to the guy who checked me in and out.

Very helpful and friendly manager, Very friendly staff.....immediately greeted before I even got in the door. When I got and returned car, very friendly staff, including the shuttle drivers. Easy breezy on the pickup and return. Conveniently located near major highways. asked me Mayor credit card please, I did not have a Major credit card with me no problem use my own insurance, hassle free

I will keep renting cars from this company always a pleasure to do business with.

Signed up to rent a car via COSTCO during a busy time of the year (school graduations). Had a good deal on a 12-day rental. Andrew could not have been more pleasant to work with and even negotiated the e-pass add-on. When we went to choose a vehicle, they were running a daily special on larger vehicles that would have normally been reserved. With the deal, it was significantly cheaper than reserving this type of vehicle (SUV) from the beginning. Rented a GMC Arcadia and could not have been more pleased as we were able haul things a hatchback car could have never done. Pleasant return experience. Facilities were adequate - surprised it was not larger or fancier given O'Hare is a major airport. Another great Enterprise rental experience (4/4 in past year throughout the US).

Redeemed a "free" day. Was sold add-ons I didn't ask for including apparently a full tank of gas for one day's use, when I thought I was just pre-paying any used gallons. Nope upon return I was told I needed to return it "empty". That would be a trick...do I get towed in? My free day cost $95 dollars. I'm a former elite member.

I declined full coverage, but it showed up on my bill that was emailed to me (not given to me at the store). When I contacted support they said that I signed for it but could offer a 35% discount.



I rent cars often for work. Enterprise is by far the worst. I'm in sales and know when I'm being sold to. Enterprise hires kids out of college for their sales program, so it's not about providing customer service. It's about selling as many add-ons as possible.



My bill was more than double the cost of the car after all the add-ons. I rented the smallest car possible (a Fiat 500) and it ended up costing me $55 / day after the 35% discount.



Do yourself a favor and go with literally anyone else.

I had reserved a premium SUV. When we arrived at the Chicago rental site the man who helped us seemed puzzled as he looked for a vehicle. He said he would be right back. From the time we arrived to having him return with a vehicle it was approximately 30 minutes. We were very frustrated so just took the vehicle even though it was not what we had requested. On return we did point out the error and they did credit me the additional money but for our entire stay we did not have adequate room for our family. When we rented at Christmas we had the same issue - not getting what we reserved with no explanation. After a 6 hour travel period ( get to first airport fly for 3 1/2 hrs, luggage and get to enterprise the last thing I want to do prior to my 3hr drive is have argue with the car rental agency.

This was the second time in a row that they claimed to not have the type of car that I reserved. I asked for a full size and they gave me a small cheap looking jeep and tried to convince me that it was an upgrade.

Everything was great from the time I was picked up at the airport until I was dropped back off at the airport. The staff is very friendly. I especially want to mention Tracy, he drove me from the Enterprise lot back to O'hare airport. He was so friendly and nice, I really enjoyed talking to him. What a great ambassador for Enterprise!!!

Overall my experience was good. I have rented from Enterprise numerous times. When I picked my car, it was dirty and I had to asked to get it washed. The rep acted like he did want to be bother with cleaning the car and I was told the car was dirty from sitting on the lot overnight. When the car return from the wash, it was totally wet and I was told they don't dry off the car. When I asked about upgrading the price was too high.

I've been renting from Enterprise for several years and have always been provided with first rate service from the front desk, to the shuttle drivers, who deserve a tip whether they touch your luggage or not, by the way. The issue I encounter that would prevent a five star rating (4 1/2), is that it is common for the model I rented to be unavailable, thus forcing me to pick a larger or less desirable model. Same price of course, but not the car I was after. A common problem among the other rental companies as well.

I rent with Enterprise a lot, and have always enjoyed your customer service. I have never had a bad experience with the front desk, shuttle drivers or check-out reps.



However, when I got there I had only two choices for rentals, a Charger or Fusion. I would have taken the charger except I had a lot of driving to do and thought the Fusion was a more conservative choice. I hopped in the car and drove to my first meeting. While on the road I noticed the car was pretty dirty, the seats stained, crumbs, and even a burn mark in the passenger seat.



Also I locked the keys in the truck, and rather than send out someone to pop the door open, they told me I would have to bring the car either to the dealer to cut a new key or to the nearest enterprise location. I assume they wanted me to get it towed there, but that choice was not offered by the woman on the phone. She then patched me through to the dealer and I was disconnected. I called AAA and they had is sorted out in minutes!

My first time with Enterprise. Excellent customer service, clean car. I also appreciated being able to return the car to a different local airport than place of pick up without extra charge. The Shuttle driver from O'Hare was really kind and knowledgeable about the history of Chicago as well!

The employees I interacted with at Enterprise have gotten the memo about excellent Customer Service. They all seemed to notice us as customers and made sure that our experience was the best. From the rental agent, to the lot discharge guy to the shuttle driver - all gave A+ customer service. I'll be back!
