Enterprise Rent-A-Car

The team at Enterprise were wonderful! Very professional and courteous from the moment I stepped into their office. Receiving the car and drop off was a breeze!

I rent from this Enterprise location each time I visit Chicago (12 times last year) and have always found the service to be just outstanding - rain, snow, or hot humid days. The cars are well maintained and the staff (especially the shuttle drivers) are just great.

I rented a vehicle that had a slight issue with the steering. I wasn't upset with Enterprise since it was most likely the last driver hitting a curb to cause the issue, but they took care of me and were very apologetic. Great service, great company.

This place is awesome, want to say a special thank you to Sam, she was great. You guys sure know how to treat people, keep up the great work. You all are by far my favorite, and will keep using your company all the US as I travel. Great work Chicago Team

I have never been treated like a first class customer in any rent-a-car place until I came to this one. I was greeted by a person right outside the building (much appreciated especially in cold Chicago weather) and everyone I spoke to there and I mean everyone (including the shuttle driver) were polite. In fact, so polite it almost made me feel like they have mistaken me with some other VIP customer. Would not choose any other rent-a-car.

I always use this Enterprise when in Chicago. They are probably one of the nicest rental car companies I have ever experienced. Greeted by an actual person as I step off the airport shuttle and walked right through the entire process quickly and politely. Only suggestion is to hand out directions for the car return as my GPS took me back to the airport (with their address) and they were hard to find with roads under construction. Other than that, the car and rate was GREAT and I will be back next time!!!

Great service and follow through. When I returned the car mistakenly carrying my local host's ice scraper, they were kind enough to ship it back to them, calling regularly to update me about its progress. Not many places help to fix the customer's mistake like that!

These guys are ROCK STARS!! Flying in from Texas to Chicago, the rep upgraded me to an all wheel drive knowing the weather would be bad. The next morning, I was early for my meeting and that's because she anticipated on my behalf. Turning the car back in was a breeze! Won't be using anyone but Enterprise!

Enhanced focus on customer service visible in each steps from the moment you land in their doorsteps to the time you return the car. Add to that the lower cost compared to other car rental agencies, using enterprise is a no brainer when you are in Chicago

Very friendly, helpful and efficient staff. The car was great and clean. I am very happy with their services. I would come back anytime to rent another car.

I prefer Enterprise to other rental companies because you can book reservations on their website without having to give your credit card. This allows me to check their site up to the day before I travel to see if rates are lower. This location was great. While it is not technically located on the airport, it's a five minute drive. The shuttles were quick and they didn't wait around for 20 minutes waiting to fill up with passengers. Everyone working there was very friendly, and they explained every aspect of the rental to me, from additional insurance to how the IPass works, and even return directions to the location. It couldn't have been any easier. I would definitely rent from them again should I ever fly back through O'Hare.

I was not aware that Enterprise was not actually located at O'Hare from my renting my car online. It was very cold & we had an infant with us, but had to go outside to catch the shuttle. I was convinced that getting the $7.99 per day chg for any tolls was practical because there were a lot of toll roads in the Chicago area. However, the GPS in the car evidently was set to not travel the toll roads because we only encountered one. It was on our way back to return the car & used it because we ignored the GPS instructions to "exit the highway". Our car was super, clean & comfortable, however. It was a surprise when I got my final bill, on return of the car that my $45 a day rental had turned into $198 for two days, with all the extra taxes & charges!!

Booked through Costco. Enterprise claimed I cancelled when I arrived. Made to wait while they supposedly called Costco. They finally booked same vehicle at same price, but clearly a ploy to not have to pay Costco the commission they are due. I checked with Costco after the trip, and they have no record of my reservation being cancelled. I will think twice about renting through Enterprise again.

Enterprise has pretty much always had quick service with dependable cars. However, there are two things that they need to do to improve their product. 1. clean the cars. I far too often get dirty cars. The last one looked like someone had opened a can of soda and it exploded all over the driver's door panel, and the fabric was terribly filthy from it - it didn't look like anyone even attempted to clean it. #2. the biggest issue to me is that you have to remember to take your confirmation with you, or they will really gouge you nearly every time on the price. Yes, you can dispute it if you still have your confirmation, and they will refund the difference. However, if you don't have your confirmation, you are screwed. This should NEVER be the case, let alone nearly every time.

beware if you rent in Chicago. Enterprise is not located on airport property. The location does not have a person to answer the phone. I had to call the national number to find out how to return the car. Enterprise should have a special return instruction sheet for the Chicago market. Also be careful if offered a toll pass. Enterprise will charge you just under $8 a day, used or not used.

As usual they have great staff and good service. In the case of Chicago Ohare, they need to work on communications and procedures.

Got off the shuttle bus and within 15 minutes I was adjusting the mirrors and rolling out. Clean car, good price. Completely satisfied am I.

I formerly used Hertz but the prices at Enterprise are consistently better, and most of all, the service at Enterprise is friendly and accommodating. I don't know how they train their people, but their workforce is always the most cheerful and friendly.

Love my Hometown and the People, known as the City of Big Shoulders. My experience at the O'Hare Enterprise office and rental agreement were awesome. The staff is experienced and very friendly. Just a class act and quick service.

Absolutely the most friendly, best service I have ever had from any company in years. Can you please start a secondary business and train the "service" people at AT&T, TWC, etc. You would make fortune. I don't know how you do it but everybody from the shuttle driver to the gate person seems to have OWNERSHIP in the company. Or they eat Happy pills. Incredible! Thank you. Feel free to contact me and I will send a gift to your Chicago Airport staff! 100% perfect. The floor manager too! Cat was brand new, spotless and filled with gas.
