I appreciate all the extra effort from Katende helping me get my scales setup today. I have been working with him since we installed the new POS system and he has done a fantastic job. Thank you.

Aloha. I think that your customer service level is exceptional. Definitely a 4.5, if not a 5. The only reason I wouldn't give it a 5 is due to the time constraints of you being on the east coast versus a Hawaii time difference. This makes training for us early in the morning and I cannot do it at night. This is the only reason I cannot give you a complete 5. Mahalo!

The POS system is a great thing. To be able to access the computers from a distance is a nice thing. My mom's birthday is today so for me to be able to do this and have them access it was very beneficial. I rate you pretty high at 5 stars. The guy I dealt with was very patient and very helpful. He was willing to change the things I asked to be changed without an issue and with no complaint. For that, I appreciate you. Thank you so much.
