Erik has been helping us with training. This is number 5 for us. Erik is doing an awesome job. I had no idea where to go in the beginning and now we have a great path that we are following. He is always in a pleasant mood on the phone, very informative. He lets me do the things as he watches the screen and provides direction. I look forward to working with him again later this week.

I am the bar manager at The Ville in Wytheville, VA. I thank you so much for Ian. I called yesterday at the end of Erik's shift. He said that he would pass my info along to the next shift and someone would call me back. After 45 minutes and 6 customers who could not cash out, I never received a call. I spent hours trying to get our Aldelo system to work yesterday. I called back and talked to Ian this morning. He resolved my issue in 20-30 minutes tops. He got everything done and was polite and courteous. I rate Ian a 10, on your scale of 1 to 5. Thank you so much.

I had an issue that was handled very professionally by Ian. I have had some issues in the past with technicians who don't communicate clearly. As an older person, I don't have a lot of technical skills so it is helpful to have someone walk me through everything and explain in layman terms about issues. Ian was great. 5 out of 5. Thank you.

Purchasing and setting up the system was easy & fast. I just had an experience with my POS but was caused from a previous system. I have dealt with Erik today and he was great. H really knows his stuff. I gave him control of my computer and he got me up and running. Great job!!! This POS system makes it easier for us to keep track of pricing. Short of giving me a million dollars y'all have been great. Thanks.
