Just moved out of an Atco managed property and I’m sorry to let them go. They were good to me for a long time. I appreciate the help over the last few months. I wish you folks managed in the new area I’m moving to.

They always took care of my needs when I was a renter. They even returned my full deposit after over 2 years of living there. I was shocked and grateful for the extra dollars after the move.

I was helping my sister find a home to rent in the Bakersfield area, and stumbled upon a nice home that was listed on the website for Atco. We called, set up an appointment to see the home, and everything has been great for my sister from that point on. When we arrived to the home, the person that showed the property was nice as could be. My sister is very happy with the home, and management of Atco.

This is a great company that has seen to all my needs over the years. They always return my calls promptly and that tells me I am important to them and I like that.

As a tenant, Atco Property Management has been delightful to work with. They respond to my calls and requests within a fair amount of time. When they call back they are kind and seem willing to help. I have had a great experience with them and so I feel the need to tell others about it.

Atco Property Management has been professional since I began working with them which was a couple of years ago. They always respond to my calls and or requests within a timely manner. As a homeowner, it was difficult to trust someone else to handle my investment, but I am happy that I chose Atco!

This is the worst proprety place i have ever tried 2 do business with. My husband and i put an application in for a condo 2 months ago. we called 2 check the status. They told us we were 2 get the condo. called back and they had rented 2 someone else. Atco told us they had no record of our application. Then they found it and said we were not approved.. What my husband makes great money and has good credit. Then they called us back and said you were approvied .. they tryed 2 get us 2 rent a nasty foreclosed looking home.. the house was awful.. NEVER DO BUSINESS with these people

Sent us to collections without any notice they claim we never gave notice, which we did and have proof of. Claim they sent a bill to the address of the apartment because we didnt leave a forwarding address which is also false we left our forwarding address in the 30 day notice. Also, they say we left the apartment clean and the carpet clean yet they are trying to charge us $200 dollars in maintenance and repairs. We have a video walk through we did when the manger completely disappeared for our last week when we requested a walk through, I have filed a claim with the BBB, they replied lying through their teeth. This company is a NIGHTMARE, avoid them at all costs.

im currently living in an apartment through atco. In the short time that i have lived here i have had nothing but problems with this company. when i call to have maintanance issues fixed, they are very rude and never come through to fix the problems. when i call to "remind" them of my problem, they have no record of it and keep promising to "send somebody out". My roof is in very poor condition and when it rains, there are leaks with rain coming down all over my apartment. ATCO says this is "not their problem". I would advise anyone who is looking for property management to stay clear of ATCO!!

I'm a tenant with RMS. This company is incredible. They work with you if you need the help and they understand any problem that you have. The people are always friendly and ready to help. I would complete recommend this company if you're looking for a great company to rent for.
