Don't do business with these people. One word - idiots. They just don't give a damn. Rented from them for just over a year and gave up telling them about things that needed fixing or taken care of. The ONLY complaint they ever responded to was when we had a major water leak in the main line in the front yard going to the house (that's the only reason they get 1 star). They never took action on anything else, especially the multiple complaints about ant invasions in the house (3 complaints on this, 2 of them even supposedly filed). I had to take care of that myself. They also charged me $180 for a second carpet cleaning before cutting the check for part of my deposit back, after I paid $250 to have it professionally cleaned.

The service and reporting are excellent! It would be nice to get report electronically instead of through the mail as well as direct deposit for rental checks! Thanks for the hard work!

This is the easiest property manager that I have had the opportunity to deal with. Most others have left a bad taste in my moth but Atco is concerned about it's customers and actually cares.

There are good people and there are great people. Atco employees are great and so are the tenants they keep for me. I have always had any problem or concern addressed quickly.

Atco was very helpful when I had to move from out of town. They showed me available properties that worked for me, and that were in my price range. Ever since I have signed the lease with them they have treated me well.
