Some areas where they can improve but I have nothing bad to say about them.

The service has been fine I have no complaints, I've been using them for some time now and my tenants are just as satisfied.

The girls in the front office are very nice and helpful but maintenance request is a problem. I have contacted them a few times either by phone, email, or request located in the office. Some of my request have been responded to and others ignored. A few of the things they were supposed to fix were not corrected properly and I still have the problems. These are little minor details that I have to deal with but other than that everything is good.

I was very happy with my experience with able property management.

Do not rent from or let them manage any places you may have. Been a nightmare since day 1. All staff are very unprofessional and highly untrained. The owner is a joke to put it nicely. They wrote there own reviews on this website, hence the positive ratings

Rented from ATCO for 18 months and the issues were so bad that the owner actually FIRED them because he'd had nothing but problems with them since the 2nd month of his contract. He had not gotten a single payment from them on EITHER of his properties in more than 2 years. They claimed they were using the money for 'repairs' & yet NOTHING got repaired in my house in just over 18 months. OWNERS & TENANTS alike...BE AFRAID. BE VERY AFRAID when considering ATCO. Btw 10% late fee if they don't get all of the rent by 5:01 pm on the due date. No grace period. No questions asked!!! My rent ($1,450.00) went in at 5:05 pm on the 1st & it cost me an extra $145.00. Again, NO QUESTIONS ASKED!!! PAY IT or BE EVICTED!!!!

And don't get me started on the office full of fat hags, RUDE And Childish!!

Enough said... Just walk away, save ur time and money!!

Absolutely the worst property managers for owners of properties. Be AWARE and do not give your property in the hands of such unprofessional horrible people. They placed unqualified tenants in our property and we had to evict within 6 months of them finding the tenant.

Do not have them manage your house or apartment. They took my entire Payment that was due to me and kept it and now the mortgage payment can't be made. They are horrible and won't give me my payments they owe me!

TO RUN AWAY AS FAST AS YOU CAN. THESE PEOPLE DO NOT TREAT THE TENANTS FAIR AT ALL. THE ONLY REASON THE PROPERTY OWNERS ARE HAPPY IS BECAUSE THEY ARE NOT PUTTING MONEY INTO THE PROPERTY TO REPAIR ANYTHING. THE MAINTENANCE MEN THEY HIRE ARE ALL MORONS. GOT A CRACKED WINDOW? DUCT TAPE. GOT A LOOSE DOOR HINGE? THATS OK LONGER SCREWS LETS NOT DO SOME WORK AND FIX THE JAMB. IF THAT DONT WORK MAYBE CHANGE THE DOOR KNOB? HMMMMMMMM MAYBE THE DOOR NEEDS CHANGED? YAH THINK? BUT THATS OK THE SLUM LORDS LOVE ABLE........

Able Property Management has been great to work with. They have really good practices in place, especially the network of people who take care of getting the property ready for new tenants. This is always done quickly so that we do not lose too much rental revenue.

The staff is very helpful and courteous. Meeting was right on time. Effective and professional.

I cannot imagine how a management team could do a better job than APM. The last tenant they had for me was outstanding and when they left the team immediately found a new tenant who is turning out to be wonderful as well. The team at APM is doing an outstanding job!

It's so great to not have to be concerned about collecting rent anymore. Plus they deposit it right into my bank account!
