Chester Village Townhomes

DO NOT RENT HERE. The management is very shady and will do everything they can in order to not give you your money back. We lived there for 2 years and when we moved out we never got our security depost back. The apartments are OLD, infested with cockroaches, our kitchen window was hanging out of the wall, and the house was covered in dirt and dust when we moved in. It took at least 3 written requests to get anybody to visit and fix anything that was broken (like our window). The sink was constantly dripping even after they came by multiple times to "fix" it. The tile floor was scuffed up with black marks all over that could not be removed no matter how hard I cleaned. The rent is cheap and for good reason. Absolutely horrible place to live. Dirty, bug infested, and untrustworthy management who will go to every extent to cheat you of your money
