The movers were so quick I was still planning on helping just to speed it up, also it just seems a little odd to sit there. But the guys were so fast and they really knew what they were doing. I gotta give it up for the professionalism. They were all wearing matching tee's and were quiet and unobnoxious. I pretty much had no fragile boxes for the movers. I packed those up separately and put took them with me just to minimize any issues. I had heard too many horror stories of broken china. After that it was all Alliance. Super professional and clean. They got to the Dallas in 7 days including loading. I saved a lot of money with Alliance

First off I had an issue with my move but it was handled very well. I was ready to cancel when I found out I was being charged more at my quality assurances call. But the representative explained that I was getting charged more than my quote because of how much I was bringing. I told them about an extra box but my one extra item cause a major weight issue with the truck because of how heavy it was. Apparently when I originally got my quote for $2320 I had miss counted the number of boxes I needed. They gave me a slight discount because to make up for the unforeseen cost although it was unintentional. The extra charge only came out to an extra $100. I'm happy with how Alliance handled my complaint.

My sister and I moved out of our parents house this for school. We got an apartment right off campus and needed movers to get most of our stuff over to Michigan State. Living in one place all our lives we collected a LOT of stuff. So we chose to get people to pack our stuff as well as put it in the truck and drive it over and unload. Alliance promised us respectful movers and a separate team of packers we could trust with our stuff. They provided credentials for packers so we really could put our faith in them. The packing day was exact, the 14th. We had a team of about 3 people. 2 women and one guy. They were so sweet and helpful. They taught us little tips and trick to save space. Like putting clothes into our own suitcase with super fragile items to take in our car so nothing we really care about had the chance of damage with someone else. And to save space in our boxes. They even taught us that we could look up the disassembly of our furniture to save a little extra time and money. Two days late when movers came we had our two desks disassembled and bookcases taken apart. We left our beds because they were too heavy. But we ended up paying $200 less than our quote because of how much less the movers had to do and because our packed things in our own car did not count toward the weight of our boxes in the truck. Long story short Alliance took care of everything I asked for. It was a truly full service move. I didn't have to do anything except book the movers and choose my day. The movers were super chill and were careful with all my stuff. Got a great experience from it

My driver had to go from our home town of Buffalo, South Dakota to Lincoln, Nebraska. The drive is normally at least one or two days with breaks to sleep just because of how many side roads need to be taken. And the driver got there in just a day. The movers were really quick but they didn't break or damage a thing. Not even an almost. These guys were real professionals. None of this craigslist movers junk. We had all the boxes packed really well and weighed so we knew we weren't passing our estimate and end up with a more expensive move. Everything was loaded safely and the driver got there so quick. He arrived as promised but they told us he could take as long as a week. I didn't expect it to arrive on the first day they gave us in that window. Color me impressed and very grateful

I want to start off by saying that I have used a moving company in the past. I didn't exactly have a terrible experience but it was still stressful coordinating pickup times with my movers and finding a different trustworthy group to unpack. The only benefit was that I didn't have o lift anything heavy. I figured it was worth it, but a friend recommended Alliance because they are a broker. She told me that the have a bunch of moving contacts and will choose someone based on my needs and area. I gave them a call expecting to book if they were as good as she mentioned. They actually came through. They chose two different companies that would help in each state and a driver who was separate from the two. I looked at the reviews of the companies on my tablet and saw they were really well received. So I agreed to a binding estimate of about 2190. She promised that any other charges would come from extra unaccounted for boxes or misjudgments on my part in size. I understood and booked. I got a call to make sure I wasn't bringing more, I wasn't. And in a week we were on our way. I saw quickly why the movers got such great reviews. They were very laid back and joked lightly bu t were still respectful and made having strangers in my once home a lot more comfortable. I felt my items were safe with them and the driver took the time to take me aside and tell me his plan for the drive over to Kentucky. Our truck was going to be shared and our things were separated by a wall from someone else's things. He was scheduled to arrive at the new location 4 days later, which he did around 1 p.m. My hunch was right, everything was safe and neatly separated. Alliance did a great job, so thank you!

Alliance was good job. Their efforts were very great. Very much was done. The price was very low and good. Movers did everything, broke nothing. I got what I paid for. The men helped lift all large items and moved them into the truck. Used a large truck because of how much things I had. There was a large truck fee. Alliance did a very good job and did everything they promise me.

My move was minimal considering I was only going over 1 state. Movers were atually my wife's idea. Her reasoning was that we wouldn't have anyone in Indiana who could help us unload the truck. I agreed and after seeing an advertising for Alliance on saying they gave free estimates I called to quote just to see if a moving company would be worth the price. The $2350 was way under what I thought movers and a truck would cost me. I got that as y binding estimate and chose to work with them. I packed up everything a week before my move as instructed. Emptiedand defrosted my fridge, unhooked everything, and then packed our family car with as much luggage as it could carry. My wife drove down withthe kids a day before the move in her car and I stayed to make sure everything went okay. The guys showed up at 1 p.m on the 11th and there were four including the driver who helpe load. They were done withing a couple hours and drove away, everyone besides the driver left in a seperate car. I drove down and two days later the truck showed up at the new place in Indianapolis. A different group of movers helped us unload and we chose to unpack ourselves. So far everything seems to be here and there's no damage whatsoever. Great work!

I want to take the time to really thank Alliance. I originally just went on craigslist and found a few guys willing to help me move. Money and time were huge issues for me and I needed help unpacking at the destination. But two weeks before I was scheduled to arrive the movers bailed. I got what I paid for. So I decided to forego the cheap individuals and hire a reputable company. And I can honestly say Alliance was worth the money.



I called freaked out and the sales rep assured me that they could still handle my move for me without an exorbitant charge. Alliance calmed my nerves. They called me a few days before to double check my amount, recalculate my estimate based on some last minute additions and I knew from the very beginning exactly what I was paying and why. They gave me a breakdown of the costs. The extra time I saved from not driving the truck myself was enough that I started my new job a week early and I paid off the move. Honestly the money was worth the stress and time I saved.

The guys got everything out of the way for me. I didn't have the lift a finger. All I did beforehand was pack up the boxes myself, defrost my fridge, unplug appliances, unhook my w/d, and pack clothing into large boxes and suitcases. After that it was all Alliance. The movers were super courteous and careful with everything they handled and they worked well together. Very professional and clean. No dirty work boots on my nice carpet. They got to the new location in about 8 days not including loading. I saved my own back and time and for that I am eternally grateful!

Alliance impressed me with their professionalism. Which is rare. I booked them about two months in advance which I recommend to avoid up charges for a rushed delivery. The movers were an entire day early. When you're given a pickup window you expect them to shoe up on the last day possible. But the team of about 5 guys showed up around noon on the first day of my window. Luckily, I was ready just in case as the sales woman told me to be. But I really was not expecting a lot.. Mostly because of how affordable it was. You get what you pay for. But apparently I was wrong. Alliance came through. I was assured that everything was going according to plan. Everything was done neatly and on time. They provided a great service, and most importantly moved everything in time.All of my things were in place on time and at a good price. I'm a happy customer.

In the past when I used in state movers I was charged extra for them to disassemble a bookshelf and a large oak desk. I was not informed of these charges until they arrived at the new location. I do NOT appreciate any dishonesty. If there are up charges I want to know outright. Which is why when I found Alliance I was skeptical, but hearing such great testimonials and being given a binding estimate gave me some faith. The original agreement was $2560 which would involve: disassembly, packing and unpacking a truck, and stairs would not be a factor. The only thing that would effect my estimate would be if I brought more than I expressed during my quality assurance call, which I was told to expect about a week before my 3 day pickup window. I'm retired and in no rush to get anywhere new so I stayed behind to watch the movers during pickup so I could make sure they didn't harm or loose anything. They showed up with a large van on the 2nd pickup day. Everything was loaded in and I really was not charged for the desk or bookshelf. All of my things arrived safely and on time in Houston 7 days later, as promised. Thumbs up for honest Alliance!

I just have to say I'm super impressed. The movers were an entire day early. When they give you a two day pickup window you expect them for the second day. Plan for the worst right? I was really skeptical trying to find the right company to help me move my things. But Alliance Moving Services were fast, easy, and affordable! They were just the right people to get it done. I was assured every step of the way that everything was going according to plan making it a very stress free experience. They did so very carefully in a timely fashion. Everything was where it was supposed to be. They gave me great friendly service, and most importantly moved everything in time! I am very pleased with the way things turned out!

The perfect movers. Truly. I asked for a full service move. I wanted Alliance to pack up my house for me. I figured experienced packers would show me some tips and tricks to save space and not damage anything the extra cost to pack for me was actually more reasonable than I had planned. Instead of a pick up window I was given a two day pack up. One day for the movers to pack up the household essentials not including personal items like clothes and toiletries. A group of about 5 people came to pack each of them taking over a room and getting everything packed and sealed. They suggested packing things into empty baskets and suitcases to save on boxes. Packing extremely fragile items in my personal suitcase between huge layers of clothes. Reminded me to throw away perishables. The next day, actual movers showed up with a truck to pack up boxes. It turns out my quote was $140 too high. The packers saved me money with their tips. A little bit here and there really does go a long way.

I wanted to take the time to thank Alliance for all their help with my move. I just finished unpacking a couple days ago. Only a week after the truck dropped off all my boxes and EVERYTHING is unpacked. They saved me so much time and money I was able to postpone starting my new jobs for a couple days so I could unpack and get acquainted. I never thought at the end of this process I would have more money. I don't even feel like I needed the break. The movers pretty much did everything. All I had to do was book a flight and unpack. No stress. And now I am just so happy to have worked with Alliance. Its rare to find a service that does everything you ask and goes above and beyond. Thank you! :)

The sales guy, I wish I remembered his name so I could give him some credit, hooked it up. He gave me a 5 cent discount on my price per pound because I was bringing so much stuff, apparently I had an over-sized crate too so that added to it more. I never knew I could save money by getting more! But anyways he told me the movers would have a large team so they wouldn't sacrifice time. It was a little extra but I would rather pay a bit more to not sleep on the floor waiting for my things for longer. The guys came on the first day of my 3 day pickup window and there were 6 of them. All in matching shirts and those waistbands things they were to not throw out their backs lifting. My appliances were already unhooked, fridge empty and defrosted thanks to the salesman's instructions. I planned to stay in the house I was leaving until a day before the truck was scheduled to arrive. I flew out and they came the same day. No extra wait. Totally worth the price.

I hope I never have to move again but if I do, I'll use Alliance. The team of guys who came to my home to pick up my daughter's things for college were nothing but respectful. She was moving out to an apartment near UCSB and she had a few of her girlfriends over to help her get the rest of her stuff ready. There was no inappropriate comments or even too much chatter between the movers. They were focused on disassembling her bed frame and desk to even notice. They had all the boxes loaded and ready to go with a few hours. The second they were done they left. Prompt and professional. Exactly what I asked for. Cindy, my daughter called me later and said her boxes arrived a day earlier than the planned 4 which was fine by her!

I wanted a mover that wouldn't be too much of a hassle. The last time I moved a short distance within the same apartment complex, I just rented a small Uhaul for my large furniture. And it turned out to be super stressful and unnecessary. The truck broke down. It only had to drive half a mile! We had to wait for maintenance and it just wasn't worth it. Especially now when I had to go from OK to IL. Not worth the risk. SO I just wanted a team that could move heavy furniture with no issue, have it loaded, and a driver who would be able to do basic maintenance on the truck should something happen. Alliance promised to deliver and on the second day of my 2 day pickup window, the movers came and loaded all the boxes with ease. Fingers crossed, there was nothing wrong with the truck! They got to my new crib in Chicago withing 6 day. Great guys. Knew what they were doing. Good service, I'd recommend that to anyone who needs a little extra help.

I just want to take the time to thank Alliance for their help. I had a group of young men help me go from Colorado to California and they were just such nice boys. Courteous, helpful, and fast. They knew so much too! I got a quality assurance call on a week prior to my move. They told me how to pack my plates, and made suggestions to use my suitcases or baskets to lower the number of boxes I was taking. It actually ended up dropping my quote from $2670 to about $2400. The extra baskets and suitcases I just put into the trunk of our range rover and drove it over. Money saved! It would have been so difficult to move without them. They even provided a driver with the truck. I gotta say, it truly is a breath of fresh air to see a company care more about its customers than its profits.

Alliance is so helpful when it comes to informing you about moving issues. I was just on their facebook page getting tips for moving. Like packing my plates vertically, and not to get groceries the week before moving, when I realized I might as well just hire them. I want a truly full service move. I needed people to help me pack my stuff because I could not replace my grandma's silverware or my baby's first toys, should they get lost or damaged. The extra money was definitely worth the help. I had a team come in a day before the truck was scheduled and we were in a packing frenzy. They provided the packing materials and off we went. The careful packing really just helped to assure me it would all travel well. The team helped me move boxes downstairs just to streamline the process when the movers got there the next day. The movers and driver helped disassemble my bed frame, bookshelves, and unhooked my fridge. The truck was packed within hours and they were off. I only had to wait a week and it was all there. Safe and sound. I cannot thank Alliance enough!!
