Moving goal: To do absolutely nothing except make a phone call. I have two small children and I just could not imagine having to help my husband lift heaving furniture with their tiny selves running around and playing with packing tape or breaking dishes, I just did not want to deal with that, so I called Alliance. Just for a quote at first to see if hiring movers was even plausible. Considering I was moving out of a small apartment with minimal furniture in Wyoming to Utah, my quote was extremely reasonable. In fact, the $2400 was way under what I was expecting. I chose to use Alliance and booked them right there. We had a binding estimate and I ended up paying what I promised. Sent in my deposit and chose my move day. They gave me 2 day pickup window, told me all the need to know about moving, like to defrost my fridge at least a day before etc. The movers came on the first day. It was 5 men total and they all were quiet and professional. They plastic wrapped our carpet and got everything into the truck. They got to the new place in Salt Lake withing 3 days and had everything unpacked. Machines hooked up. Boxes undamaged. Truly a full service move!

I just want to take the time to thank Alliance for their help. I really was so clueless when it came to moving. I had no idea weight came into play for my boxes or the size of the truck, even the number of movers I wanted. I was especially worried about the time it would take for the truck to get to the new house, because there is a limit to how long I can live without furniture! So I expressed my concerns to my sales guy and he assured me the absolute maximum for delivery would be 2 weeks, because of my distance. The sales man was so helpful in walking me through what I needed to know. I just called because I wanted a free quote to estimate, but their customer service was so great I booked them! He told me the movers would handle everything even unloading the boxes for me. I was super nervous waiting but everything got here in like 8 days so he was right! Alliance really does great work.

My move was a complete mess before Alliance. I had no idea how much boxes weighed or even how much I could pack into a truck. I was going to order a U-haul and estimate. I figured it was only a couple hours drive away, my husband and I could handle it ourselves. But by the time we got to packing we realized it would be too difficult to do ourselves. So I looked up a couple places and found Alliance. I called just for a free quote to see how much at least a team of movers would cost us. The $1950 quote was way below my expected price. It may sound like a lot but for a driver and a team of movers to do a hard day's worth of labor, it was practically a steal. I called back later to receive my binding estimate and pickup window. There was no pickup window, just a set time. I was told to expect a quality assurance call about a week prior to September 22nd, our move day, and the call was mainly about if I had anything else to declare or change my mind on anything. The movers got there around noon and there were 6 men including the driver who helped the others move. They worked quick and had it all ready to go. My truck was small so I was to be the only delivery that was in there, no sharing for me! We drove to my new home in Albany, and the movers were there and everything was unpacked by that night. 1 day move! Practically unheard of. But then again I did move across state lines but Hartford to Albany isn't exactly a trek. Thank you Alliance for all the help, I really don't know what I would've done without those guys!

Alliance is really the best. I couldn't trust any other moving companies after my last moving experience. Things were stolen. It was expensive. There were hidden costs. Just a mess. But Alliance is truly a stand up company. A friend of mine used Alliance before and recommended them to me. So I was less skeptical but I really needed the help. I spoke with their customer service department about my previous concerns, and they were nothing but courteous. The moverswere the same as well. Such nice respectful boys. They were able to lift everything with ease, even my huge leather couch! No trouble. I was assured that nothing would be taken. I put my faith in them and was rewarded. Reasonable pricing. Everything there. And just overall less stress having to worry about the little stuff. I'm lucky to have found such a nice company.

I can't believe how quick these guys were! I was expecting a truck full of stuff all the way from washington to take at least 3 weeks. I knew I had to find someone really reliable with a good reputation to move it all. I did some heavy research, estimated my amount and called Alliance up. The sles team helped me determine what I wanted and decided on a full service. Apart from packing up my house, the movers did the rest. All the way to the unpacking of boxes. I got a call a couple days before my move and the woman on the phone told me it was just to make sure my amount hadn't changed or if there was anything else I would be needing. The movers showed up at the agreed upon 10 a.m and the movers were all wearing the same outfit with thier company on the back, very professional. There were no lewd jokes or anyone taking a break and joking around. All my boxes were loaded by 12. I got on my plane later that night and flew out to Virginia. It was a little annoying having to wait and live without my furniture but it wasn't long and the movers got there early. They gave me an expected 3 weeks at the lates but they only took 2! Color me impressed

I saw an advertisement for Alliance saying that they had free quotes if you call in. So I called before my move just to get an estimate. The sales rep was so helpful I couldn't believe everything I didn't know about moving. Like my quote is based on how much I'm bringing or the price per pound option. I booked them immediately and set out packing. I got a QA call a week before my move that made sure I was still bringing the same amount. I had more than I originally planned but because I was taking so much my price per pound dropped 4 cents! That doesn't sound like much but when you bring tons of stuff it adds up. The move was the least stressful I've ever had. Superior service, from the absolute sweetest movers. Everything was in place and undamaged. Couldn't have asked for more!

I actually just called Alliance on a hunch. I saw an ad somewhere and the name stuck with me. I was just trying to get a quote, to see if I could even afford a full service move. I'm a marine and I was being stationed at Pendleton in California. I needed to move everything from Virginia over there. But I had a really tight budget. I couldn't afford any extra charges or surprise clauses I hear so much about with moving companies. As I discussed my situation with the sales rep, he told me about their military service discounts. My quote for only 2450 was way lower than the 3500 I was expecting for a cross country move. I had some buddies help load and unload the truck just so it went faster. The guys showed up within the 2 day time frame they gave me and were really cool about us helping. Got there on time and all of it was there. Cheap and exactly what I needed

Initially, I wanted to just hire a driver to take the truck across state lines. But after looking at pricing we figured it would just be easier and less stressful to just get movers too. We wanted Alliance to just take care of the entire move considering how much stuff we were bringing. Our top priority was the safety of having movers in our home with our expensive belongings. So we did major research looking for a super reliable company who had good reviews in the past. When it came time to actually book someone, we got assurance from our sales rep that the movers were known for their care and professionalism. Alliance knows the actual companies rather than just their reputation. So yes, in this case a broker was the perfect choice. The guys showed up at our place in Wichita around 10 in the morning and were packed up and driving without incident by 3. By the time they got to our apartment off-campus a 9 days later (early might I add) everything was still there. Thank you Alliance!

Great company. The movers were really careful with everything but they got it done quick. The quote was accurate with no up charges. Truck got to New Orleans on time with everything in it safe and undamaged. Reliable, friendly, fast!

I called Alliance knowing they were a broker. I did some research but ultimately I don't really have the time in my day to call a bunch of places to get a quote and compare. The point of a broker is to get you the best deal possible and find a moving company close by. It actually saved me a lot of time, in finding a company and for the truck to get to the location quickly. I consider my time valuable. I called with my amount to be moved ready and double-checked. I arranged a move day and we spoke more about my options. I was called only once before the move to confirm my day and amount. Everything was correct. My money was well spent. They hooked me up with a great team who were local to Pennsylvania. The guys had everything loaded safely and the driver from what I saw was really cautious. The truck got to Minnesota a week later and all of it was there and unharmed. I can't speak for everyone who uses Alliance but I personally had no issue whatsoever.

I've used other companies I won't name and Alliance my last move. And I can honestly say they are my hands down favorite. First off the movers are really laid back guys who are still willing to work hard. I've used them a couple times now and every time they impress me. Seriously, they have the most incredible movers who were willing to help with just about anything. From helping me transport a HUGE sofa room to room to dismantling a desk for my daughter. Their main concern was not damaging my prized possessions rather than making a time quota just to get the job done and over with. And that they did, a job done well.I am floored by the continual professionalism. Great prices, amazing service, they have themselves a repeat customer here!

I just want to start off by saying I could not be more grateful to Alliance. Moving was a huge challenge for me, seeing as how I'd never done it by myself. I was offered a position in MA I could just not turn down. The downside was I had no one to help me unload a truck. And I also wasn't sure I could drive one up that far. I decided to use a professional company to help me move. But I didn't need it to cost an arm or a leg. Or have a moving horror story of my very own. I did a lot of research, and found one I thought would make a good fit. After, I had an estimate of my boxes and what services I needed, I called for a quote. The salesman was really friendly and we talked about my different options. Finally we settled on a basic load/unload a truck they provide deal. It was everything I needed at a super reasonable price. I sent my deposit, confirmed my order and I was good to go. Moving day went very smoothly. The men who came were professional and courteous. My biggest fear was that something would get lost, or damaged. But by the time the truck arrived my stuff was all there and in tact. The guys were really cool about putting the boxes in the exact rooms they belong in and were on their way. I am just really lucky to have nothing but nice things to say!

Moving was no rush for me. My husband and I were retiring in Denver and we just needed a lot of help moving practically our entire lives across state lines. My daughter actually was the one who recommended Alliance. So we didn't call anyone else because she loved them. I called in about a month before move out day and the sales woman was so kind and understanding. She told me everything I would need to account for and gave me a rough estimate. I sent in my deposit and agreed to have them come in on the 5th. A week before I got a quality assurances call asking if I had the same amount I started out with. I actually ended up needing a larger truck so I discussed it with her and we renegotiated price. Still completely reasonable. Come move out day, a nice group of young men came and loaded our boxes into the now larger truck for us. They were so careful with our belongings, it was like it was their own. We flew out later that night and only waited about a week for our furniture and boxes to arrive. Everything was still packaged neatly and not a single thing damaged or out of place. I can see why my Katie speaks so highly of Alliance. It's great to see a company who practices the values they preach.

My family and I had always moved ourselves in the past. But since we were moving from New York to Texas we new that this time we would have to hire professionals. We found Alliance online and we decided to go with them because they gave us a fair price and they were the politest on the phone. I'm glad we went with them. They did me and my family right. Nothing got broken and they took great care of my family and all our belongings. I would use them again and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a positive experience.

I went over my specifications with the rep and she told me to expect a confirmation call about a week before my move to ensure I had as much space as I needed and if I was adding any more boxes. The movers arrived at my home and packed it up within a day for me. I left halfway through the packing process because I felt safe trusting my belongings with them. And I needed to be in Florida the next morning. The truck arrived in exactly a week and everything was unpacked for me. Nothing was missing which I'm sure it would have been if I did it all myself. Bad experiences with movers in the past caused me to no longer want to use a moving service. But this time there was so much to do in so little time I needed some extra help. SO this time I asked around, got quoted at multiple places, and did some research. I didn't think the cost of packing was worth the cost so I decided to only have the movers load, drive, and unpack. I contacted Alliance to simply compare quotes. But the great reviews combined with the fair pricing helped me decide. Come moving day there was little to nothing to do for me. I had everything ready to go. They just needed to be put in the truck. Everything fit, there was no extra charges and no damage. No stress. Great company

I chose to do have the movers do EVERYTHING! My company offered to cover the expense of moving because we were moving our corporate office with next to no notice. So I decided if I had to move I didn't want to do anything. I contacted Alliance to see if they could arrange a deal where I the movers could pack, load, unload and reassemble at the new place. Even then my quote was much lower than I expected it to be. I seriously did not even lift a finger come moving day. All I did was make sure my things were handled and loaded properly. Boarded my flight. And in a few days the movers were there with my things and unpacked it all for me. I was really impressed with the amount of work and care that was taken with my belongings! Great job!

AMAZING! Can I just say? I truly am blessed to have found these guys. I moved out from Atlanta to Florida and it was a heck of a time trying to find someone who could move all my things that wouldn't cost my entire savings! I just graduated college and money is tight but with the new job offer I had to move my entire life really quick! I can't drive a big car to save my life so U-Haul was out and I decided to just hire movers. So I looked online and found Alliance. They offered to take everything with a special reduced rate because I was bringing over 40 boxes and an over-sized crate. I was quoted and they walked me through everything that would happen moving day. I was called to confirm about 5 days before and then the guys showed up to haul my life away to another state right on time. I had all the stuff packed up but I left each box in the room I had it in before. I cannot believe the movers. Not a single fuss about how far everything was. The absolute sweetest. So I can say I was very lucky to have found a company with great values an did what they said.

SUre it was an extra cost but I was willing to pay for the peace of mind. So long as everything was handled with care and didnt show up missing or with extreme damage. They also provided the truck and the movers to come on a seperate day and it was all done without my even being there. And like magic a week later my boxes arrived at my new place. Perfectly packaged and read to be placed. I just cant believe how effortless the entire experience was. My only source of stress was the worry that everything may not come on time or maybe the movers would lose something. But I received what I was promised and I couldn't be happier.
