I have a fused cervical spine(neck) after I found out through x-ray.I went to see a Neuro Surgeon. He told me there was nothing that could be done. I believed him but was still trying to find ways to get some relief as my neck pain was an almost consistent 6-8/10 also causing frequent, almost continuous 10/10 headaches that were so horrific that I could barely function most days. When I came to see Dr Mulvaney he knew exactly what i needed. I have had Proliotherapy injections in my neck, on either side of my spine and at the base of my skull. I now have rare neck stiffness and an occasional 1-2/10 headache that only lasts a short time. live my life normally now. I highly recommend Dr Mulvaney for any pain relief needed. I'm positive he can and will give pain relief through treatments that he offers. here at ROSM.

For all veterans out there that have doubt about this procedure, all I can say is you missing out. For 8 years after the the service all I ever felt was anger on a daily basis. I was always on edge had had trouble dealing with everyone. As time went on, I spent several days a week thinking about how I could take my own life. suffered a small tear in my meniscus that became so painful, I couldn't walk for distance as was my habit nor could I go up stairs without extreme pain. My experience was exceptional. I had no expectations, I was a bit skeptical, but was open to attempt the treatment. After the first day, I noticed results, but chalked it up to a placebo effect. The 'effect' continued and while I remained on the fence. I quickly realized following my second treatment, the outcome is genuine and positive results.

Excellent bedside manner.Accurately explains steps in procedure from beginning to end. Listens to and answers questions in a helpful way helping to decrease anxiety from onset.

Dr Mulvaney is the rare doctor that spends time with his patient, eager to listen and really understand how they are doing. It shouldn't be a remarkable thing but it is. I hope that more people learn about the SGB procedure and how effective it can be in addressing treatment-resistant PTSD. I truly feel like this has dramatically improved the day-to-day quality of my life and my ability to be present for my child and husband.

Dr. Mulvaney did a great job going over the options for my knee and explained everything fully. Having the PRP treatment for my torn mensicus was the best health decision I have made for myself.
