Love this place. The only thing is the wait but I guess that's the price you have to pay for the best care for your pets.

Yonkers Animal Hospital is probably the best animal hospital I've been taking my dog. They are always very welcoming and polite. I love that they treat our dog like it's their own.

I've been bringing my little Tigger to Yonkers Animal Hospital for years now. The doctor and staff were friendly and seems very passionate with their work. Doctor was very attentive and answered all my questions. Recommend all who has a pet to go to Yonkers for your pet care.

Yonkers Animal Hospital did a great job tending to my dogs needs. They kept me updated the whole time and the staff that cared for her was exceptional.

I am VERY happy with the care that I receive at Yonkers Animal Hospital. My dog has had issues with her back leg since she was 6 months old. Over the past 6 years the pain in her leg has gotten worse and she did not use it as much. Over a 5 month period Dr. Howell and Dr. Givan reviewed her case and made the decision to amputate her leg. They did not jump to this decision but took their time debating on the best course of action. The surgery went very well. I believe that due to the complicated nature of the surgery Dr. Givan actually came in on an off day to assist just in case something happened. The day after I brought my dog home she was like her old self the very next day. She seemed happier and a bit more energetic. It has been about two weeks and she is like her old self. She is one of those dogs that smiles when she is happy and is now constantly smiling and does not look like she is in pain any longer.

I've used several vets in town, with mixed results and likewise for pet resorts. I'm totally sold on Yonkers Animal Hospital now. The staff is friendly and efficient, and they take great care of my Lil Tuffet.

Yonkers Animal Hospital, bottom line is one of the best. If you have any experience with vets the range from horrors to fantasyland can be enormous. Yes the wait was long one time I was there, but that is to be expected for good care. This day and age it's super hard to please everyone with the cost of doing business constantly looming over head, but I can tell you when the doctors and their assistants have seen my pets they've always treated them with utmost care and concern. Care is the rare commodity here and you really can't place a price on it. I highly recommend this place, if you can actually find something better, you're quite lucky and maybe a better researcher than I am. Dr. Howell has been my favorite, by the way, and the one assistant I spoke to has her own dog, and personal experience counts just as much

Delucia loves it at Yonkers. I feel totally and completely confident in the staff caring for her and watching her and playing with her. She always comes home happy and wagging her lil tail.

I just love this place. I've been coming here for almost 20 years. Drs. Howell and Mendelson and the rest of the staff are the best.

The receptionist squeezed me in at the last minute to see my cat who was not walking, I was super nervous but the staff made it so much easier for me to deal with the problem. Thank guys !

Zippy and I are huge fans of this place. I have had nothing short of the best customer service and care for my energy-filled border collie mix. The pricing is reasonable, clinic is clean and the care exceptional. We will continue to be patrons of this establishment for a long time to come.
