Aptive Environmental

We had Mike. Mike arrived during the time slot he was supposed to and was as sweet as could be. He told me what to expect and what to look for if I needed the company to come back before the scheduled time. He explained his visitation schedule.

Dustin and Jonathan arrived on time and were very thorough in explaining the treatment process. I am eager to see the results!

Krysten V. was prompt, informative and answered all of my questions and presented very professional.

William was very prompt,professional and friendly. He did a very thorough job and answered all my questions and explained all the services completely. very nice and courteous

Very thorough in spraying and removing bugs both inside and outside the house. Inside, he sprayed on all floors, including the basement. Will have to wait a few days to see how it all works.

Baylee D. was very friendly and knowledgable. Nice to see a female service provider! She explained everything well and asked if I had questions. She was very thorough and professional.

Service associate Parshu was on time,friendly,a and explained all he was going to do. Afterwards came to door explained all he did. Cob webs gone,as well as hornet's nest. So far for first visit good.

Aptive did a wonderful job. Our Service Pro, William L, was very prompt and knowledgeable. Having a 2pm appointment he arrived at 1:30 and was done by 2:30, taking care of everything we'd asked for and making sure we knew how to get ahold of him if there were any issues.

Aptive was one time, quick and very professional. Krysten V. was outstanding at explaining all the services being performed.

William L was on time (actually a little early which was a plus) and very professional. He answered all my questions and did a fine job.

Mike Ryan did a great job. Explained everything he did, was on time and very professional. I would recommend him to others.

Will was on time for appointment and explained the contract. He was very thorough with the treatment and said he should be the person that continues our services.

James Cline & Kenneth Richardson did great and were even early! We just switched and so far so good!

It was my first application with Aptive. William did a great job walking me through the process and then was very thorough in the first application. He even walked the full yard and treated along the fence and back landscaping.

I'm writing a review for Alex Adell. The Cleveland link reviews were not up on the site, which is why I'm writing on the Columbus location. Please forward on to him. Alex arrived right on time, explained what he was going to do and went right to work. He listened to my concerns about the ant and wasp problem we've been having. He gave me a new, heavy duty ant trap for inside the house as well. I appreciate the time he took to go over everything! Thanks again Alex!

5 Stars all the way! David Jackson was amazing! He was the service pro that visited our property during the first treatment. I am very pleased. He was very thorough. I swear that man got ever inch of our property! LOL! I truly feel that I got my moneys worth. Outstanding service and he professional, courteous, and a true gentleman.
