This place is completely horrible as a practice. The nurses are extremely unprofessional, they leave the door open. It is proven that they are below healthcare standard. The staff are utterly rude, and have no sense of etiquette or professional direction. Each and every time I call there is a laugh, a joke, or rude mannerism. After reviewing the facility for years it is safe to say that they should be mindful of their patients. One patient I know is ready to sue the company for negligent practices that were deemed "not good" by the Directing Doctor. I highly recommend anyone in this area to reconsider going to this horrible place. It is utterly shameful on Novant.
