Downtown Health Plaza of Baptist Hospital

I called to get an appointment for my daughter and the lady cut me off and i waited for ten minutes for some one to answer again, when some one did it was the same lady and she said my daughter that was 6 months old and needed her shots couldn't come in for another 3 months! Shes a Baby for goodness sakes! They send me a letter saying she needs a check up every month but they wont let me make her an appointment but every 3 to 4 months, im trying to change her doctors office but its such a hassle. Also they have like 6 diffrent numbers to call, like the dental and eye center number, it just keeps ringing and then the lady on the phone said that there is no dental and eye center so what the hell, it is so hard to find a number to call to actually get some one to talk to! The hospital knows us well cause we always have to go there cause the DownTown Health Plaza dosent wanna see her ever!
