        My approach to counseling is an interactive one based on an understanding of family systems; including the knowledge that some aspects of the roles we learn in our formative years can act as snags thwarting the development of the honest relationships we desire. Once these "snags" are uncovered, my job is to provide effective tools for their removal. I bring to this work over seventeen years experience counseling adults and families in a broad range of interpersonal issues including infidelity, addictions, divorce, grief, trauma, anxiety, chronic illness, depression, and stages of life transitions.
