“Upon arrival at my office, you will notice warmth, peace, and comfort. The counseling process will begin with some paperwork followed by a time of getting to know each other and talking about what you would like me to help you with. At times in life, transitions or difficulties such as adolescence, parenting children and teens, separation/divorce, relationship issues, and substance abuse can be filled with anxiety, anger, and sadness. Assisting you in navigating these issues successfully is what I am professionally trained for, experienced in and greatly enjoy doing.Along with families, couples, and adults, I enjoy working with adolescents and have done so since 2003. I help teens and kids struggling with substance abuse, anxiety, sadness, crises, and other difficulties. Teens have found that my non-judgmental/relational style suits this difficult period in their lives.”

Positive Impact Substance Abuse GroupAgape Counseling Services, 3725 Wrightsville Ave., Suite B, Wilmington, North Carolina Every Monday at 4:30pm - 5:30pm$30 - $40 per sessionPositive Impact is a substance abuse group for adolescents that joins with members to learn new ways of coping with this difficult life transition. I use my professional skills and experience to develop relationships with teens that help them feel accepted and understood. Teens will gain perspective on substance abuse and its impacts and will begin a process of maturity that helps them have strength and peace. Positive Impact is a comprehensive program that consists of 12 group sessions, 6 individual sessions, and 3 clean drug screens to complete the program.
