        WTF!?! One minute the estimat...

        WTF!?! One minute the estimator is proud of being a P.E. and bearing the stamp for the work he takes on, and the next minute he flippantly wants to work on only smooth sailing projects. He walked out during the middle of level-headed conversation about this project...just walked out. The character of your contractor liaison is important. THUS, hire him only if you think your project is some easy-peasy foundation job, because that is the limit to which he'll handle jobs.
