        Fence Consulting Services was founded in 1968, and was created solely to guide and protect consumers from unethical manufacturer's, distributors, and contractors who were taking unfair advantage of the fence buying public. The founder of FCS has written, published, and been instrumental in the implementation of fence standards for materials, and installation for the Colorado Fence Association and it's members. Cliff learned about life's "code of ethic's" while growing up in the ranch country of Western Nebraska.
