Brock was very professional. I thought I had a major issue with my garage door. He asked if he could just lubricate the springs and rollers and see if that "fixed" the problem. It did. I expected to have to buy new parts and turns out I didn't need to. I appreciated the honesty!

Just had 2 new garage doors installed. The whole process went super-smooth. However, our 2006 Jeep's Homelink in-car remote does not work with the new opener they installed. No problem; they had a tech out in short order to install a repeater. Quick, friendly service. They're definitely staying in our Rolodex.

Excellent company!! Amazing, friendly and qualified team of people. Our car hit the garage door and it no longer went up and down. I called in the morning, Cara was out in a couple of hours later to estimate the damage, she scheduled a technician to come out a few hours later. He fixed the job immediately within the window of time I had available. Quality work and people! Highly recommend.

This was the second time I have had the Garage Doctor's come to fix my garage doors. The first time was with Travis, he fixed a problem I was having with my liftmaster opener. The second time, I needed to replace my worn out garage doors. They gave me the best quote and were the most professional of the the 4 companies I contacted. You never think about your garage door until it does not work. Today my ancient garage door opener failed. I found The Garage Doctor on the Troubleshooter website and gave them a call. They sent Travis to my house (after hours), and he had a new opener installed in no time. Even though it was dark and cold he also replaced the noisy rollers with smooth quiet ones. Excellent service. I highly recommend them.

First time using this company and would definitely recommend! I had a broken spring, called several companies and none could give me an idea of cost over the phone. It was a Sunday and the owner called me back right away, gave me and estimate and a time a tech could be here. It was not a 3 hour window like the other companies. Ryan came out the next morning, on time and did a great job. The price was exactly what they told me with no hidden charges. Great experience to find a professional, honest company. Travis to the rescue! My double garage door was banging and clanking like it was about to come off the rails. Travis immediately diagnosed the problem, adjusted the door, replaced the old plastic rollers with nylon ball-bearing ones, tightened all the fittings and lubricated all the connections. The door works great now and is much quieter and smoother. Travis was friendly, courteous and professional. Great experience. I would recommend the Garage Doctor to anyone.

He quickly diagnosed the problem, adjusted the door, replaced the old plastic rollers with nylon ball-bearing ones, tightened up all the connections and lubricated all the moving parts. Awesome experience! I thought my garage door repair was going to cost hundreds. Instead, it was only $50! Trapper is knowledgable, courteous and very professional. The answering service was fast and efficient. They were willing to work around my schedule. I would absolutely recommend them, and will use them again!

My garage door broke and it was late at night. My friend and neighbor recommended the Garage Doctor to come out and fix it based on his experience with them so I called, expecting to leave a message. Trapper answered at 10:30pm and scheduled Kelly to come out the next day. Kelly was so personable and friendly and he went above and beyond to work around my schedule to get my door fixed asap. At first he couldn't fix the whole thing until the next day because he had other appointments so he and Trapper offered $25 off my bill. I agreed but then two hours later Kelly let me know that they couldn't get a hold of the the person who had their next appointment so Kelly was able to fix it right away. And then when I looked at my final bill they knocked off the $25 anyway! I asked why and Kelly said because their focus is customer service. As a side note, Kelly installed a keypad on the outside of my home next to the garage door so I could put in a code to open the door from the outside. I use a wheelchair, so I needed the keypad down lower so I can reach it, but I forgot to tell Kelly that. When I looked at the keypad after he had left, he had put it down lower without being asked. He knew I needed that, and I was so appreciative of that because most people don't think of those things. I have recommended the Garage Doctor to everyone I know and I will use them as long as they are in business!

This is the third time I have used the Garage Doctor to help me with the garage doors at my primary residence. The first two times, I called them to fix a door that was malfunctioning (two different garage doors). Our house is over 30 years old and the garage doors were original. so when it was finally time to replace them, I called the Garage Doctor again. Every time I've called them, I get a prompt response. They are excellent at communicating and have been able to fit me in quickly, often on the same day. They sell a great product. Our new garage doors look and function perfectly. The owner and his crew are reliable, friendly, knowledgeable and very efficient. The Garage Doctor is my go-to company for all things pertaining to garage doors. I'd never use anyone else!

These guys are a legitimate quality garage door service provider. I called a dozen places and kept getting the same garbage about their spring quality being better, their warranty being better and their prices being better. After some research, I found out that the coated springs the other companies are using are inferior to what the Garage Doctor uses and the Garage Doctor matched their warranty with me. This combined with a competitive price and real knowledge of the industry makes the Garage Doctor my new service provider. Don't trust those other scammers! My door came off the track due to an obstruction and another company that I called try to blame the springs. When I called the owner " Trapper " of the Garage Doctor and told him what this other company was saying he was at my house in 30 minutes. Needless to say. the other company didn't want to stick around and be embarrassed by Trapper's 15 plus years of experience in this industry. He really does have a passion for what he does and the knowledge to back it up.

Search no further! The Garage Doctor was a great find when my springs broke. They were competitively priced, extremely knowledgeable and came the same day to help me get my car out and fix the door. I did quite a bit of research and there's a reason The Garage Doctor is the highest rated garage door company on the web. I would recommend them to anyone in need of garage door/opener help and will definitely call them when I replace my door this summer.
