I was a customer of there for over a decade. Recently went and got my oil change and air filter. They placed an air filter too small in the vehicle. Few weeks later, my check engine light came on. Took it to the dealer and the tiny air filter that wasn't meant for our car ruined the turbo and possible further engine damage. I called their shop and they told me to come in so we can talk about it. They denied everything. Even tried telling me the part was the same even though you can see photos of how bad the fit was. He didn't mean to do it and made a mistake and ended up costing me $1500, ruined my power train warranty and if any further engine damage is caused it could be an additional $2-3000 worth of repairs. He wouldn't admit that he made a mistake. He could not understand the concept that he did something wrong. My family, my parents, my wife's parents have all gone there for 12+ years and we will never go again because of how they handled this.
