Great technician. We suffered through months of a clogged drain with my fiance trying to solve the problem. He FINALLY relented and said to call the plumber -- I googled Roto Rooter before the words were out of his mouth, and within 3 hours of my online service request, away went troubles "down the drain" YAY!!!!! The cost? Well, I shoulda been a plumber!!!

I would recommend The Pipe Doctor Plumbing. They did a great job on replacing my sewer. I have'nt had any problems with my sewer since. They are very nice and would definately recommend this company.

finally an honest long island contractor. my central a/c died last summer and i decided to wait until this year to repair it. over the winter i had a contractor come and told me the entire system needed replacement at a cost over $9,000. my neighbor told me to call Pipe Doctor because he has been using them for years. the tech came same day and within 10 minutes told me that a $180 part was needed. yes my system is old BUT it was repairable. thank you for your honestly and going a great job. you have a customer for life!!

Last week Pipe Doctor replaced 3 central air conditioning systems at my house. They were over 20 years old and after spending tons of money by my former ac contractor, I decided to call Pipe Doctor. I am a reader of the Long Island Press and they won FIRST place in 2012. I decided to give them a shot. Mike, the owner, came to my house on a Sunday a month ago, and spent almost 3 hours at my house. He measured everything and told me exactly what I needed and most importantly WHY. He estimated energy savings, even showed me virtual pictures of how the units will look outside. I got 3 other estimates, and even though Pipe Doctor was slightly higher than the others, I knew exactly why. None of the other companies bothered to do a "load calculation" nor did they offer 2 years of 24 hour service. They didn't give me that, "we are clean and professional" feeling. Only Pipe Doctor did. Anyway, last week they came to do the installation. Even though 8 men worked in my house all day, I swear it was cleaner when they left than when they arrived. Mike promised and delivered exactly what he told me we would get and how the day would do. I will not hesitate, even for one second, to refer them to anyone needing central ac service or installation.

I needed a plumber in an emergency last night so I called The Pipe Doctor. I had a broken pipe under my bathroom sink that was flooding the floor into the basement. The emergency fee of $195 was expensive for 2am but was well worth it when the plumber arrived in less than 30 minutes. Obviously you are paying for this service in that emergency fee. The issue was quickly resolved and the total bill was less than $300.

Pipe Doctor is great. Had my ac company come out and they said i needed an electrician. called an electrician, told me to call Pipe Doctor. They came same day, within 10 minutes the guy knew exactly what was wrong. Great service. Pipe Doctor is my new air conditioning company.

same day central ac service! called yesterday afternoon, first day of spring, when it got to 80 degrees outside and my ac wouldnt turn on. i called pipe doctor and they came in less than 2 hours. found the issue quickly. bill was very reasonable.

Terrible Experience. Stay Away. This company is certainly very good at one thing. They know how to write phony positive reviews about themselves. They also know how to vote for themselves in a dubious rating of plumbers. Like some of the other reviewers, I too had a terrible experience with them and suggest you look elsewhere for a good plumber or hvac expert. You can be sure the company will follow up on this review with a number of phony reviews, but they can't hide from the truth.
