Heat went out last night. I called my regular plumber who said he was on vacation. Called 10 other plumbers only Pipe Doctor answered. Expensive but showed up early Sunday morning and quickly restored our heat. I will use them again instead of my regular plumber.

After all the help from Pipe Doctor, I felt compelled to write a review for them to express how my family and most of the neighbors on my block feel. On Tuesday after the Hurricane, I called Mike at Pipe Doctor and he told me that as soon as he could get out of his flooded neighborhood that I would be first on the list. Sure enough at 3:30pm that day, Mike arrived with 3 other techs. They started pumping out my basement. WIthin minutes all my neighbors came out to also have Pipe Doctor come help them too. They were more than glad to offer any help. I swear, Mike, Leon, John and Craig stayed on my block until Thursday morning - non-stop. They slept in their trucks taking turns filling up the gas powered pumps. That is dedication. Today is Saturday 11/24/12 at 6:50am. As of right now, all the homes on my block now have heat and hot water - and only because of The Pipe Doctor.

I have been using Pipe Doctor for several years at my home in Lido Beach, NY to my office in Inwood, NY. All my encounters with this company have been nothing but excellent. Mike, Peter, Steve and Leon are great guys and Jennifer in the office is amazing in arranging everything. They recently converted my home from oil to gas and there was an issue with the Town of Hempstead. They all went out of their way to make sure I had heat that night. Really top-notch! A++

The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing is an excellent company and I highly recommend them! I woke up one day to a water main break that the DEP said was our responsibility to have fixed AND we had 3 days to do it or they would turn off the water to our whole co-op building. PANIC! I quickly searched online and The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing stuff came up as specialists in just this type of work . It was obvious the man knew exactly what needed to be done and how much labor and supplies would cost. I have never seen a group of men work as hard as these guys. They worked for almost 12 hours straight and amazingly got the job done! . Overall, it was an amazing job, fast, efficient. Everyone I came in contact with was very nice, efficient and ready to help me. The owners sat with me and explained my options in terms that I could understand. They assured me that water would be returned to my house quickly and efficiently. It was! The field workers showed up and finished the job in one day. After receiving several estimates my friend suggested I call the company "with the big red trucks". Once The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing stuff arrived to my house I explained that I was not in a great situation and he basically said he will do whatever it takes to get my water service fixed in a manner that would work for me. After only 24 hours my water main was fixed, the process was very easy and they did the job at a very fair price. overall the company was fair and did great work!

One of the most professional, courteous, and efficient company I have worked with. After finding the sewer line issue, I joined Angie's list to find a company that could do the job reliable. There were two main companies that I would consider for doing any job on the sewer and after interacting with both you cannot go wrong with The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing. I reached out to The Pipe Doctor, Plumbing and left a message and received a call promptly . He explained that he would go by the house tomorrow and understand what is that needs to happen. He went by as scheduled and asked to meet on Saturday when he would do a much more comprehensive survey. The quote was a lot less than the other quotes I had taken and decided on employing them for the repair job. I usually don't give monies before work is done -- but the comfort level and professionalism they had extended built my trust and gave the a 50% advance, the rest to be paid after all job was complete.

I do a lot of work out on the Island and with out (The Pipe Doctor Plumbing) Water Main I wouldn't have been able to do half my jobs. Always the best price compared to other companies and always great customer service. Company has that family feel you're looking for and trust. Highly recommend these guys.
