We recently had trouble with a leaky hose bibb. The technician who came out was knowledgeable and did a wonderful job! I would recommend Prime Plumbing to anyone!
Had a septic pump out from them. The guy who came out was helpful and explained that we needed to clean our filter ever 6 months to keep it from backing up. Will choose Prime again, and recommend them to my neighbors.
The techs ARE courteous and on time. However, their charges for routine plumbing work are VERY, VERY HIGH. They also installed a hot water recirculator wrong and the 2nd tech they sent out said he didn't have the parts necessary to fix it. I ended up getting the parts from a Lowe's 2 miles away and fixing it myself even though I had already paid dearly to have it done right the first time. I would recommend using someone else for your plumbing needs.
This company came to my home in The Villages, and they made repairs to my water heater, faucets, and two toilets. They were courteous and professional. Not only was the cost of the work in a rage I could understand, but they walked the house to let me know of any other plumbing fixtures that might become a problem in the future, for free. I will refer them out and use them again as needed.
Courteous and professional. The two words I come up with after dealing with this company. Scot came out to my house in The Villages and he gave me a free estimate on my project. We discussed multiple ways to do what I wanted. We decided on the route we wanted to go and he even referred me to great tile, cabinet, and counter tops companies. With a list of reference like that it was almost a one stop shop! Thanks again Scot we will call you if we have anymore projects or problems.
Best plumber in town.
I have called on a few plumbers that are local here over the past few years. I used to pick my service providers by the name, I thought if their name was in their company name they must hold themselves to a higher standard. This is not true! after using two local plumbing companies named after the owner I found a new way to choose service providers.
This company Prime Plumbing is named just as should be, they are PRIME! I appreciated the fast response time, the quality of work and the price was perfect for a reputable long-standing local company. I know they aren't going anywhere and will always be there when I call.
I feel like no matter what time of day or night, no matter what day of the week I can call this company and recieve excellent service and a good response time as well. I have used this company several times over the past 3 years and with every experience I have recieved what I believe to be top-notch customer service. I think more companies need to practice pride in their work and technicians. I suggest this company to all my friends, family, and co-workers who need plumbing service and wanted to suggest them to everyone else by this review! Thanks again Prime Plumbing for all you do!!!!
I cant believe how confident this crew is. I called and the lady who answered was very helpful. I had low pressure at my faucets and she walked me thru a few steps to try and fix the problem before we paid a service call for a simple fix. Turned out it wasn't that simple and the technician came out right away. I had to replace and rebuild most of my sink faucets. Thankfully they had all the materials they needed on the van. Fixed me right up and now I can get dishes washed in less time than before! Thanks guys I will recommend Prime Plumbing to all my friends
I had the best experience with this company, I was doing a remodel job on my home, and added a bathroom. These guys came out to give me an estimate same day I called (free estimate). The technician Mike was very professional and informative and we were on the schedule the next day to get started. When all was done it was very neat and just how we wanted it. I'll use them again!
