Awesome company!!! came out on a Sunday on short notice, called several different companies all could not come out. Kevin not only come out he found the drainage clean out which was a task in itself not only that but he had the knowledge to remove the toilet to clean out the drain even after not finding it earlier through digging for it. Running the snake through the toilet drain pipe and the noise from that actually allowed us to hear it in the front yard! So next time, we wont need to pull the toilet to snake the line since now Kevin located the cleanout for us!!! I recommend Kevin with Grace Plumbing for all your plumbing needs. Great customer service very affordable!!!

Great company!! First time using Grace Plumbing and their rating tells it all. Best plumbing company I have ever used. I HIGHLY recommend them for any project and will be using them for every project in the future. My faucet was broke on the outside of my house and they came quick to take care of the problem and there pricing is very good. Kevin and his guys were very respectful and very professional.

He also explained everything to me about the work that needed to be done . He responded immediately during my major kitchen leak . if i could give zero stars i would!!! I do not recommend using them. They wanted to charge 4 times what it actual cost to fix the issue i was having and charge $100 just to come out to point out where the leak was even though i told him where the leak was. Biggest rip off. If

The main water pipe feeding the house broke. After reading many reviews and calling many plumbers I decided to go with Grace plumbing. I was able to take a picture and text it to the actual plumber (Kevin) to get a quote though the phone. Kevin was very nice and was at my home within an hour. He inspected the problem and told me exactly how he was going to fix it. The repair was done in 45 minutes!! This company and Kevin's customer service was excellent! I would recommend this company to everyone and I will definitely use this company again. Plus they give discounts!!

I called Grace Plumbing to repair a pipe leak in my house. The plumber arrived in only 30 minutes and located the hidden pipe which was an ordeal in and of itself. But he used some kind of technical electronic equipment to find the leak. Once he found it, he repaired the leak all at a reasonable price. Thanks Grace Plumbing.

Kevin came out very promptly afterhours when I had a plumbing emergency on a Friday night. He was courteous, professional, and thorough. I appreciate his knowledge and expertise. He replaced our pipe and valve behind the toilet. He was there for us when we really needed him.

Kevin came out to our house at a moment's notice on a Saturday afternoon. We had a buildup of water near our front door and could not figure out what was wrong. He used a leak detector all over the house to find any problems with our plumbing, but was able to deduce it couldn't have been coming from the house and this might be coming from our irrigation. After a few tests we found that one of our sprinkler heads is broken, and causing water to build up and linger. Kevin was able to locate our issue and also teach a lot about how our plumbing works, and how to check for myself if we ever do have any leaks around the house. 5 out of 5, would use for plumbing services again.

Kevin Grace was extremely outgoing and professional. He talked with me through the entire process of repairing the main line break in my water service. He showed me all of the broken parts from the original service and even made a recommendation on how to make the repair even better than the original piping by replacing the broken section with a tougher, more flexible section of piping that was better suited for the location where the break occurred.



While some repair specialists talk "down" to you, Kevin treated me like a valued customer and explained everything technically, only stopping if I didn't understand exactly he was saying. His personality was extremely upbeat and, dare I say it, bubbly!



He was energetic, attacked the problem quickly and got everything back up and running in under an hour. And this was for a submerged main line, near a sidewalk and entangled with roots from a nearby tree.



I would highly recommend using Grace Plumbing for any plumbing needs.

Outstanding phone support and clear explanation of the situation! They replaced my HW heater fast. I do not know enough to compare price-quality. The contract crew did a very good job. But it wood had been nice a company crew with a company marked- truck.

Experienced, Polite, Hard-Working, Willing to Explain & Answer Questions--that's the quick summary of my encounter with Grace Plumbing. Found them on yp.com and recognized the name from a job they did 12 years ago. Because they had several great reviews, I called them when our house sewer line backed up. 20 minutes after I left message, Kevin returned my call, and his team was at the house 2.5 hours later. Terence was polite, efficient, willing to explain and answer questions. Their diagnosis required county involvement to resolve issue. Kevin at Grace told me what to say and request and gave me great information.

Orange County Utilities team came (they earned a good review also-prompt, thorough, professional, polite). Pipe cleared but big problem was found.

It turned out I still needed a plumber - County camera revealed tree roots in our house sewer line. Called Grace - Terence, Nelson, & Anthony arrived a few minutes ahead of appointment time and tackled the job. Got to broken pipe section through tree roots, replaced section and closed hole, etc. Excellent work efficiently done, good interaction and information as job progressed.

We returned from a camping trip to find a hissing noise behind a section of drywall near the sink. We called Kevin of Grace Plumbing the next morning and he was able to respond later that morning. Upon arrival he explained his procedure for finding leak and damage with an infrared device. After finding the leak, he repaired the damaged area and additional suspect area with no additional cost.
