I recently purchased a Volvo XC90 AWD, I love the vehicle. Although I will say that the company needs to work out many things. The sales department was outstanding it was an easy transaction overall and I was happy.



Now as far as the service at the service department goes, that's a whole other picture. I have had multiple problems with the service department. On several occasions I have reported an issue and the problem wasn't fixed. Although they state that the problem no longer exists. Problems that could easily be fixed aren't, I live in Sierra Vista and it is approximately a 3hr drive round trip, so making multiple trips begins to take its toll.



The sad thing is that the lack of professionalism on the service departments end has made me second guess purchasing another Volvo period. If anything is taken from this posting let it be that the experience was watered down due to the service department! Only half of my needs were met as a consumer.
