Honda of Tenafly

Stay away from this body shop. I want to share my experience with d&c honda body shop. Two and a half years ago I went to kia dealership in Tenafly to fix my damaged door. I went to kia where I bought my car and they sent me to D&C Honda of Tenafly. D&C Honda replaced my door and painted but recently my husband noticed that the door is rusting and paint almost coming off the door. So I went back to D&C Honda. I talked to the manager and after looking at my door he promised to fix it. When I came to drop off my car D&C Honda changed their mind and started to blame the door manufacturer. I spent more than two hours waiting and trying to figure out why they changed their mind. For now I am waiting for the receipt and proof if they even used original Kia door as they suppose to. At the same time I already had two estimates/opinions from other body shops and so far they agree with me that the paint job was not done correctly. Really dissatisfied and disappointed!!!!!

I personally went there with my dad he used to be a dealer from acura, I cant afford acura thats why we chose honda. We know how dealers work so if you are a newbee dont go here! The dealers here knows how to hustle and fool you into thinking you are "well taken care of" but really, all is a trap to psychologize you into buying from them. Making you think they are the best. They are very good with thier strategy. If my dad did not tell me the catch Id believe them!(lol) They will even talk crap about other dealers, How sad. Yah! no pressure buying thats true coz when I left it feels like I owe the dealer for selling to me not that he owes me from buyer from them. I was even suppose to get a free handheld navigation upon getting my car but they said they "ran out"They advertise so much with promos only to get you to go there. I did not purchase from them deal was a NO DEAL.
