Tenafly Kia

My wife and I have been shopping for a new car for awhile. I am a previous Kia owner and wanted the Forte. I went to several local dealers in my area and found them to be unresponsive and typical car dealerships. Well a friend told us about Tenafly Kia so we took a ride. Bernie and Joe were wonderful. No pressure. I even had a nice conversation with the owner Rob. Well I ended up purchasing a NEW Kia Forte when I was looking for a used one. Joe and Bernie are down to earth guys who welcomed us and made us feel at home here. I cannot believe how comfortable both my wife and I feel there. I could have purchase a Kia anywhere but I am glad I bought it here. Thank you Joe, Bernie and Rob. I love the Kia brand and for the price you cannot beat the quality.

I needed my car back in working condition quickly because I am a very busy person and rely on my car for everything. I was very pleased with how fast they were able to fix my car. Also, they were very friendly people there and the repair was not overly expensive.

My husband Ivan and I were looking around to purchase or lease a car through this process we visited several dealers but didn't feel confident enough to proceed with anything until we went to KIA in Tenafly New Jersey. The staff was super friendly and had a great customer service skills which is really important as a customer. Our Sales Representative, Jorge Davila was incredible with us he was really patience taking in consideration the fact that we were first time buying/leasing a new car. Jorge did not put any pressure on us to make a quick decision rather he was listening and advising to our ideas and thoughts on the type of car that we were interested to get. As a result we got a really beautiful car a "Kia Sorento" with all the nice features that my husband wanted and at a really affordable price including the down-payment upfront and the monthly payments. We feel really happy with the service that Jorge Davila provided us with at the dealer he made our experience wonderful!! :)

Frankly I could have leased my Soul through a dealership located closer to my home in New York City and I am glad I chose Tenafly KIA. Rob Engel has an all star team under his leadership. Joe DiMaggio helped me select the right car at the right price with no pressure. Keith Yasso made the leasing component seamless and straight forward. Christine took care of my concerns about New York State registration and plates. Kudos Tenafly KIA!

I WAS ABLE TO ACCOMPLISH THE PURCHASE OF MY KIA SOUL PLUS WITH A " SMILE ON MY FACE". THE SALES MANAGER, JOE DIMAGGIO IS A VERY POSITIVE AND PLEASANT INDIVIDUAL WHO TOOK THE TIME AND VESTED INTEREST OF HIS CUSTOMER. WHEN I WENT TO COLLECT THE CAR - THE SUNROOF FAILED TO OPERATE BUT JOE SUCCEEDED WITH SERVICE RECOVERY IN RESOLVING THIS ISSUE IN A TIMELY AND PROFESSIONAL FASHION. THE OWNER OF THE COMPANY, ROB INSTILLS A PERSONAL TOUCH IN HIS EMPLOYEES.

I was not originally looking to buy a new car, and I stopped into Tenafly Kia...I was kindly greeted by Joe DiMaggio...Even though I told him that I wasn't buying a vehicle that day, he still took the time and patience to help educate me about the Kia Optima..He had superb knowledge of the car and also had a great sense of humor AND A VERY GENUINE WAY ABOUT HIM...Even though I didn't plan on buying the car that day, I DID!!!Joe was wonderful and I would recommend anyone to visit Tenafly Kia...My experience there was one to never forget...And thank you Joe for all your help!!!

I have a jeep that needed service and they advertised as still in business as a jeep dealer but they are not! They are a Kia dealer trying to scam old customers out of their money. The techs aren't even certified! Beware and stay clear from this joke of a business!
