Simpson Air

I had a great experience using Simpson Air when I needed my AC repaired. I recommend them to anyone that needs air conditioning service.

I called Simpson Air to fix my air conditioner. I had spoken with another company who couldnt make it out and was rather nasty on the phone. I got an appoinment same day. When the technician Howard showed up I was surprised to see he had a badge on that showed he had been background checked. I felt good about that. He was also very knowledgable and was able to figure out what the problem was and fix it and for what I thought was a reasonalbe price. I would use them again.

Called in for repair and was given a time and tech's name. An hour after not showing up I called the emergency hotline and received a call back and they stated they had no information of my appointment. Decided to call back in the morning and talk to the service manager. She was "vaguely familiar" with me upon hearing my information. I was told I would have a tech dispatched as early as possible. After four hours of waiting for any response I have decided to contact someone else.I understand that people fall through the cracks once in awhile and as long as the company takes the appropriate measures, it's not really a big deal. However, I was very courteous with everyone I spoke to and no one was empathetic or apologetic. I don't feel that they made any effort at all to retain someone who potentially has an expensive repair. This is was not only one person providing sub-par service it was the company failing as a whole. I found much better service elsewhere.
