I couldn't have asked for better service! My old pharmacy was being extremely difficult and not helping find a medicine that my insurance would take. The girls, Anna-Lisa, Kali, and Ashley, went ABOVE AND BEYOND for me and found a prescription that my insurance would cover while also helping me deal with my dermatologists office. They handled everything for me and made it very stress free. I couldn't be happier. Definitely going to keep using this business.

Called to confirm that they had all the information needed to get my medication for treatment approved and ready for ship. Very friendly, courteous and handled everything with efficiency. They informed me that they needed to have my info & prescription for my treatment meds transferred to another specialty pharmacy in the region and explained to me why and what for and they handled that very quickly and efficiently as well. I love this place! The team there is so friendly and find ways to reduce my cost of expensive drugs by researching drug company promotions, etc. They always knew who I was when I called and what current status was. They would bend over backwards to help me. A special shout-out to two of my very favorites - Phylicia and Shaan! Love you guys!

Recently Quality Specialty Pharmacy became my new pharmacy and moved away from the big chains. I really liked their commitment to get me my medicine and stay flexible with my schedule especially with my work schedule being so demanding. The customer service is great and even reminded me of my next refill. I've never had anyone do that before. I appreciate all they do and now have a pharmacy relationship me just as important as my local physician.

You should really compare prices for your medication because this independent pharmacy has the best prices on my medication hands down.

STAY AWAY from this Pharmacy. Recommended by the dermatologist office as a great new pharmacy that delivers to your home by messenger with great personal service - (she was sold on this new service). This turned out to be the worst experience with any pharmacy that I have had in my adult life. It would have been funny if it had not been so painful. They missed the ball at every throw, never called me the day they got the doctor's fax (I had to chase them down two days later). They were unable to get their computers working; their co-payments twere high and I later found out that they had not applied some of the discounts, which saved me an additional $35. They provided both the doctor and I with misinformation about how they deliver and finally bad-mouthed the doctor claiming that the doctor had mis-represented their services! Based on my own conversations with their customer service representatives - they presented two different pictures of how they would deliver, but none of them involved messengers to my door. Instead they mentioned using Lasership and Fedex - not what they told the doctor. They told the doctor they would take payment at delivery but on my fifth call their telephone representative said payment must be made by phone, which made me nervous since my credit was stolen (elsewhere) 9 weeks ago. They got the credit card number by phone but still have not run the card 24 hours later. TODAY is now 14 days that I have waited for these prescriptions and I don't even know when I will get them. The medications I filled were dermatology related, if you are waiting for things like heart medicines you could be taking your life in your hands waiting for this pharmacy to fill your prescriptions in a timely fashion and meet it's promises.
